Naulak Gino Made Life a Little easier Booking flights abroad on kind of short notice can be a major stress point especially when ticket prices change rapidly and you have to deal with lengthy payment confirmation issues (my bank did not trust a random Korean flight from a international travel bookings website) however Naulak Gino was responsive, patient, and helpful in keeping things moving along and it made things easier.

Product was awful as I ordered a… Product was awful as I ordered a booking and never received confirmation. I had to call to find out that the flight was never booked 3 days before flight. Nobody reached out nor sent an email notification mentioning this. I called customer service where I spoke to Gino Naulak. He is probably the only good thing that this company has to offer as he was very patient with hearing my complaints and tried his best to escalate and resolve this issue. He was very quick with escalations and getting back to me on the issues, he also gave very professional service that I have not had in other customer service members in different companies.
