By the end of our conversation, they were willing to eat the difference and give me the tickets at the initial price. Unfortunately, by then I already purchased the tickets elsewhere. However, just considering how much they value their customers, I'm completely impressed. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

Product was awful as I ordered a… Product was awful as I ordered a booking and never received confirmation. I had to call to find out that the flight was never booked 3 days before flight. Nobody reached out nor sent an email notification mentioning this. I called customer service where I spoke to Gino Naulak. He is probably the only good thing that this company has to offer as he was very patient with hearing my complaints and tried his best to escalate and resolve this issue. He was very quick with escalations and getting back to me on the issues, he also gave very professional service that I have not had in other customer service members in different companies.
