GBProduct was awful as I ordered a… Product was awful as I ordered a booking and never received confirmation. I had to call to find out that the flight was never booked 3 days before flight. Nobody reached out nor sent an email notification mentioning this. I called customer service where I spoke to Gino Naulak. He is probably the only good thing that this company has to offer as he was very patient with hearing my complaints and tried his best to escalate and resolve this issue. He was very quick with escalations and getting back to me on the issues, he also gave very professional service that I have not had in other customer service members in different companies.

GBDon't ever use this company!!!! If I could give them NO stars I would. Globehunters did not buy the ticket when they said they would. The price was $323. The next day, they called my daughter (even though I told them to call me) and said the price was now $805. No explanation as to why they didn't buy the ticket on the day I asked them to buy it. One lady, Olivia, said she was busy. Don't ever use them. They only help give you a headache.
