This company is a scam This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not. Scanners AVOID.

I e mailed your company two times prior… I e mailed your company two times prior to my arrival date to change date to may 25-26. I tried calling to b put on hold for long periods of time and today I tried to call and was disconnected 4 times in a row. We still need to change date or we will file a dispute with the credit card company. I hope to hear from you! Thank you

The online resources I found were not as helpful in making reservation modifications. I kept being sent to a web page that displayed an error message. You need to call and speak to a representative rather than resolve online.
