I want to write a short feedback for… I want to write a short feedback for the hotel agency Traveluro, and the agency's representative Jane. My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. I am infinitely grateful to Jane and also to the Traveluro agency for being loyal to their customers. Please also add some compliments for them

They change the price when you try to pay I tried to book with quoted price and it took me all the way through to tell me it wasn't available, reloaded and the same room was £40 more. I still booked as it's the hotel I want but frustrating that you quote inaccurate prices to hook people in and then change the price when they try to pay, I feel this is false advertising.

Confirmed reservation the day before… Confirmed reservation the day before arrival, arrived Apr 16th at 9:30pm and found out hotel was overbooked, waited over two hours for info,after traveling all day and it's now after midnight I had to find my own accommodations at a cost a lot more then my original booking. No one ever contacted me while waiting,

BAD DO NOT FALL you choose a date for today 3-4 and it change in the final email to 6-7, nobody to talk, no reservation at hotel but the money ..uf they dont return it. BAD BAD DO NOT TAKE THIS OFFER if you are not from here and you cant call. i have to book with a trustfull one

I e mailed your company two times prior… I e mailed your company two times prior to my arrival date to change date to may 25-26. I tried calling to b put on hold for long periods of time and today I tried to call and was disconnected 4 times in a row. We still need to change date or we will file a dispute with the credit card company. I hope to hear from you! Thank you
