They change the price when you try to pay I tried to book with quoted price and it took me all the way through to tell me it wasn't available, reloaded and the same room was £40 more. I still booked as it's the hotel I want but frustrating that you quote inaccurate prices to hook people in and then change the price when they try to pay, I feel this is false advertising.

Overcharged and not given the room that… Overcharged and not given the room that I paid for. The hotel said that the room I paid Traveluro for was a request not a guaranteed reservation. Traveluro is refusing to contact the hotel to receive a refund and the hotel can't provide a refund because the reservation was made with Traveluro. Traveluro is horrible to work with!! This was my first and LAST time using this site. I will go back to Priceline for all future reservations!

My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. Michael and Ben were very helpful in… Michael and Ben were very helpful in changing my reservation. Very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the outcome. The online resources I found were not as helpful in making reservation modifications. I kept being sent to a web page that displayed an error message. You need to call and speak to a representative rather than resolve online.
