GBI was hurt in an accident today I was hurt in an accident today, and while I knew that my trip to WV was nonrefundable, I took a chance and called to see if I could get my stay refunded. Nikko was wonderful and took my information. He then called me about a half hour later to tell me that my stay was canceled and refunded. What great service. I will definitely use you again.

GBI have had a good experience with…booking and cancelation with immediate refund. I have had a good experience with Traveluro. But not with Splitty - last year the hotels we booked at in Bodrum and Istanbul didn't have our reservation.

CAConfirmed reservation the day before… Confirmed reservation the day before arrival, arrived Apr 16th at 9:30pm and found out hotel was overbooked, waited over two hours for info,after traveling all day and it's now after midnight I had to find my own accommodations at a cost a lot more then my original booking. No one ever contacted me while waiting,
