Traveluro gave me the best price out… Travelers gave me the best price out there and I'd been shopping for over a week! THANKS TRAVELURO♡

They change the price when you try to pay I tried to book with quoted price and it took me all the way through to tell me it wasn't available, reloaded and the same room was £40 more. I still booked as it's the hotel I want but frustrating that you quote inaccurate prices to hook people in and then change the price when they try to pay, I feel this is false advertising.

I have had a good experience with…booking and cancelation with immediate refund. I have had a good experience with Traveluro. But not with Splitty - last year the hotels we booked at in Bodrum and Istanbul didn't have our reservation.

Michael and Ben were very helpful in… Michael and Ben were very helpful in changing my reservation. Very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the outcome. The online resources I found were not as helpful in making reservation modifications. I kept being sent to a web page that displayed an error message. You need to call and speak to a representative rather than resolve online.

Confirmed reservation the day before… Confirmed reservation the day before arrival, arrived Apr 16th at 9:30pm and found out hotel was overbooked, waited over two hours for info,after traveling all day and it's now after midnight I had to find my own accommodations at a cost a lot more then my original booking. No one ever contacted me while waiting,
