I tried calling to b put on hold for long periods of time and today I tried to call and was disconnected 4 times in a row. I want to write a short feedback for… I want to write a short feedback for the hotel agency Traveluro, and the agency's representative Jane. My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. I am infinitely grateful to Jane and also to the Traveluro agency for being loyal to their customers. Please also add some compliments for them

Michael and Ben were very helpful in… Michael and Ben were very helpful in changing my reservation. Very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the outcome. The online resources I found were not as helpful in making reservation modifications. I kept being sent to a web page that displayed an error message. You need to call and speak to a representative rather than resolve online.

Overcharged and not given the room that… Overcharged and not given the room that I paid for. The hotel said that the room I paid Traveluro for was a request not a guaranteed reservation. Traveluro is refusing to contact the hotel to receive a refund and the hotel can't provide a refund because the reservation was made with Traveluro. Traveluro is horrible to work with!! This was my first and LAST time using this site. I will go back to Priceline for all future reservations!
