CAI want to write a short feedback for… I want to write a short feedback for the hotel agency Traveluro, and the agency's representative Jane. My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. I am infinitely grateful to Jane and also to the Traveluro agency for being loyal to their customers. Please also add some compliments for them

GBOvercharged and not given the room that… Overcharged and not given the room that I paid for. The hotel said that the room I paid Traveluro for was a request not a guaranteed reservation. Traveluro is refusing to contact the hotel to receive a refund and the hotel can't provide a refund because the reservation was made with Traveluro. Traveluro is horrible to work with!! This was my first and LAST time using this site. I will go back to Priceline for all future reservations!

Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. DO NOT USE

GBThe hotel actually canceled our booking… The hotel actually canceled our booking the DAY OF OUR CHECK IN. Didn’t notify us or traveluro. We were stranded with no where to go. Traveluro was so helpful and rebooked us a beautiful hotel after a few hours. traveluro turned a disaster into a blessing. Thank you!
