GBThe hotel actually canceled our booking… The hotel actually canceled our booking the DAY OF OUR CHECK IN. Didn’t notify us or traveluro. We were stranded with no where to go. GBI was hurt in an accident today I was hurt in an accident today, and while I knew that my trip to WV was nonrefundable, I took a chance and called to see if I could get my stay refunded. Nikko was wonderful and took my information. He then called me about a half hour later to tell me that my stay was canceled and refunded. What great service. I will definitely use you again.
