I tried calling to b put on hold for long periods of time and today I tried to call and was disconnected 4 times in a row. I have had a good experience with…booking and cancelation with immediate refund. I have had a good experience with Traveluro. But not with Splitty - last year the hotels we booked at in Bodrum and Istanbul didn't have our reservation.

Overcharged and not given the room that… Overcharged and not given the room that I paid for. The hotel said that the room I paid Traveluro for was a request not a guaranteed reservation. Traveluro is refusing to contact the hotel to receive a refund and the hotel can't provide a refund because the reservation was made with Traveluro. Traveluro is horrible to work with!! This was my first and LAST time using this site. I will go back to Priceline for all future reservations!
