Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. DO NOT USE

Confirmed reservation the day before… Confirmed reservation the day before arrival, arrived Apr 16th at 9:30pm and found out hotel was overbooked, waited over two hours for info,after traveling all day and it's now after midnight I had to find my own accommodations at a cost a lot more then my original booking. No one ever contacted me while waiting,

Pricing was great Pricing was great, extra fees others (Choice Hotels) so not charge. Need more information on room selection/info so you don't have to assume.

I enjoy using your service as it is… I enjoy using your service as it is streamlined and easy to maneuver. Customer service is number one and that is why I keep coming back.

This company is a scam This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not. Scanners AVOID.
