CAI want to write a short feedback for… I want to write a short feedback for the hotel agency Traveluro, and the agency's representative Jane. My flight was canceled, and even though there was a no-refund policy after cancellation, Jane assured me multiple times that she would do her best. After several months, I received my refund. I am infinitely grateful to Jane and also to the Traveluro agency for being loyal to their customers. Please also add some compliments for them

GBThis was my first time booking hotels… This was my first time booking hotels in Europe, this site was easy to find one and posted pictures and honest customer reviews of their stays.

GBAbsolutely abysmal customer service Absolutely abysmal customer service. (meant to post here, original review is on the page for their sister site splittytravel.com) Absolutely abysmal customer service. Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. DO NOT USE

GBThey are not crooks! They are not crooks! Having read some of the grumbles on here, I'd wondered if I'd made a big mistake - especially when the confirmation came through without a confirmation number. I sent an email and called them and managed to find that hotel confirmation numbers are only issued by the hotels in question a few days later - so the form should have said "TBC" or something like that. The customer support seemed pretty good to me, and they did personally notify me of the real HCN. Having said that, the hotel didn't recognise the confirmation number. What they were eventually able to do was confirm that there was a reservation matching my name and dates (although previously had declined to do so on the basis of GDPR restrictions). It's easy to be skeptical these days, and there can be good cause to, but this company seems like a genuine legitimate operation to me.
