The hotel actually canceled our booking… The hotel actually canceled our booking the DAY OF OUR CHECK IN. Didn’t notify us or traveluro. We were stranded with no where to go. This company is a scam This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not. Scanners AVOID.
