GBShould have read the reviews…… Should have read the reviews… Definitely a bait and switch! Charged an extra $50 on top of the originally quoted prices. Then after I confirmed the flight times and agreed upon the cost of the tickets, they changed my flight time, increasing my layover time by 4 hours. I called back because this was not the agreed upon time, but was told that I would have to pay another $140 to have the original agreed upon flight time into my destination. What is the point of confirming the flights and price if they can just do whatever they want and make you pay more for it. Save your time and go through the airline itself to save yourself some grief. Ryan Nicholas was of no help in resolving this issue, instead gave excuses for the problem that he caused.

GBScam company using bait and switch Scam company using bait and switch. Connects to scam call center in India. DO NOT USE!! Will claim once you book, although not confirmed, no refunds. Plus rude when you refuse their bait and switch. Basically confirm you with low fare, then to confirm by phone, they hit you with almost double cost. BEWARE!!!!

He explained that their were no hidden s fees and got me a very reasonable deal with such short notice. Thank you Jamal. GBExtremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. Charged for the flight but went into pending status. Had to call several times to get a response, that I will not be flying out on my confirmed date. While discussing I was scolded like a child when I was simply trying to understand how things work with them. I almost never leave reviews but given that I spoke with 3 people from this company all with similar attitudes I feel obligated to do so. God bless.
