Beware! Booked a flight for 3 people and had a phone call 3 minutes later saying that promotion was no longer available. When I said to just cancel the tickets I was told they were non-refundable, which, if I didn't get the quoted price, I should have been able to cancel. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess. Ended up booking the 3 tickets for an extra $450, and he acted like he was doing me a favor finding them at that price. I will never use this site again and will make sure no one else I know uses them either! And I am reading your responses to these issues and an "I'm sorry" is all you give, which doesn't cut it. You should be refunding the difference in these situations! Terrible company!

Scam company using bait and switch Scam company using bait and switch. Connects to scam call center in India. DO NOT USE!! Will claim once you book, although not confirmed, no refunds. Plus rude when you refuse their bait and switch. Basically confirm you with low fare, then to confirm by phone, they hit you with almost double cost. BEWARE!!!!

Jamal was great! I called and got disconnected, which I'm very grateful that happened. When I called back I got Jamal. He was able to locate my flight and informed me that the confirmation code I was trying to enter at the airline was incorrect. He gave me the correct code and waited on the line while I entered it on the airline website. It worked! I purposely have not mentioned the airline as we all make mistakes and the code emailed to me could have just been a typo. I thought I was entering the code wrong and I tried many different ways because our group has 4 adults going on the trip. Thank you Jamal for the quick and efficient service.
