Ruby was very helpful Ruby was very helpful. She really look for my preferred flight and answered all my questions. Though the airfare price went up but with her service and how she handled my concern I think it’s worth it. She even put and ask for my mileage account number so i could earn points with my travel. Should have read the reviews…… Should have read the reviews… Definitely a bait and switch! Charged an extra $50 on top of the originally quoted prices. Then after I confirmed the flight times and agreed upon the cost of the tickets, they changed my flight time, increasing my layover time by 4 hours. I called back because this was not the agreed upon time, but was told that I would have to pay another $140 to have the original agreed upon flight time into my destination. What is the point of confirming the flights and price if they can just do whatever they want and make you pay more for it. Save your time and go through the airline itself to save yourself some grief. Ryan Nicholas was of no help in resolving this issue, instead gave excuses for the problem that he caused.
