Though the airfare price went up but with her service and how she handled my concern I think it’s worth it. She even put and ask for my mileage account number so i could earn points with my travel. GBBeware! Booked a flight for 3 people and had a phone call 3 minutes later saying that promotion was no longer available. When I said to just cancel the tickets I was told they were non-refundable, which, if I didn't get the quoted price, I should have been able to cancel. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess. Ended up booking the 3 tickets for an extra $450, and he acted like he was doing me a favor finding them at that price. I will never use this site again and will make sure no one else I know uses them either! And I am reading your responses to these issues and an "I'm sorry" is all you give, which doesn't cut it. You should be refunding the difference in these situations! Terrible company!
