GBI had to call about my flight purchase… I had to call about my flight purchase because it said pending. Mind you I spent $1000 so I was concerned that I was getting scammed. Jamel was a great help and listened to my concerns. He advised me there wasn’t enough seats on the return flight I selected so we needed to switch airports. It was fine since there were flights available and he did a great job keeping me comfortable with my purchase. However I found out after our call he could’ve given me the flights cheaper since we switched airports because he just kept reassuring me that it would still be the same price it wouldn’t change. Well it could’ve changed to cheaper, I would’ve been fine with it being cheaper but no he kept them at the same price. When I say cheaper I mean like $300 cheaper so I was definitely disappointed in that part.

He explained that their were no hidden s fees and got me a very reasonable deal with such short notice. Thank you Jamal. GBShould have read the reviews…… Should have read the reviews… Definitely a bait and switch! Charged an extra $50 on top of the originally quoted prices. Then after I confirmed the flight times and agreed upon the cost of the tickets, they changed my flight time, increasing my layover time by 4 hours. I called back because this was not the agreed upon time, but was told that I would have to pay another $140 to have the original agreed upon flight time into my destination. What is the point of confirming the flights and price if they can just do whatever they want and make you pay more for it. Save your time and go through the airline itself to save yourself some grief. Ryan Nicholas was of no help in resolving this issue, instead gave excuses for the problem that he caused.

GBBeware! Booked a flight for 3 people and had a phone call 3 minutes later saying that promotion was no longer available. When I said to just cancel the tickets I was told they were non-refundable, which, if I didn't get the quoted price, I should have been able to cancel. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess. Ended up booking the 3 tickets for an extra $450, and he acted like he was doing me a favor finding them at that price. I will never use this site again and will make sure no one else I know uses them either! And I am reading your responses to these issues and an "I'm sorry" is all you give, which doesn't cut it. You should be refunding the difference in these situations! Terrible company!
