GBShould have read the reviews…… Should have read the reviews… Definitely a bait and switch! Charged an extra $50 on top of the originally quoted prices. Then after I confirmed the flight times and agreed upon the cost of the tickets, they changed my flight time, increasing my layover time by 4 hours. I called back because this was not the agreed upon time, but was told that I would have to pay another $140 to have the original agreed upon flight time into my destination. What is the point of confirming the flights and price if they can just do whatever they want and make you pay more for it. Save your time and go through the airline itself to save yourself some grief. Ryan Nicholas was of no help in resolving this issue, instead gave excuses for the problem that he caused.

GBJamal was great! I called and got disconnected, which I'm very grateful that happened. When I called back I got Jamal. He was able to locate my flight and informed me that the confirmation code I was trying to enter at the airline was incorrect. He gave me the correct code and waited on the line while I entered it on the airline website. It worked! I purposely have not mentioned the airline as we all make mistakes and the code emailed to me could have just been a typo. I thought I was entering the code wrong and I tried many different ways because our group has 4 adults going on the trip. Thank you Jamal for the quick and efficient service.

GBBeware! Booked a flight for 3 people and had a phone call 3 minutes later saying that promotion was no longer available. When I said to just cancel the tickets I was told they were non-refundable, which, if I didn't get the quoted price, I should have been able to cancel. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess. Ended up booking the 3 tickets for an extra $450, and he acted like he was doing me a favor finding them at that price. I will never use this site again and will make sure no one else I know uses them either! And I am reading your responses to these issues and an "I'm sorry" is all you give, which doesn't cut it. You should be refunding the difference in these situations! Terrible company!

GBExtremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. Charged for the flight but went into pending status. Had to call several times to get a response, that I will not be flying out on my confirmed date. While discussing I was scolded like a child when I was simply trying to understand how things work with them. I almost never leave reviews but given that I spoke with 3 people from this company all with similar attitudes I feel obligated to do so. God bless.

GBRuby was very helpful Ruby was very helpful. She really look for my preferred flight and answered all my questions. Though the airfare price went up but with her service and how she handled my concern I think it’s worth it. She even put and ask for my mileage account number so i could earn points with my travel. Thank you Ruby!
