Extremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. Charged for the flight but went into pending status. Had to call several times to get a response, that I will not be flying out on my confirmed date. While discussing I was scolded like a child when I was simply trying to understand how things work with them. I almost never leave reviews but given that I spoke with 3 people from this company all with similar attitudes I feel obligated to do so. God bless.

Ruby was very helpful Ruby was very helpful. She really look for my preferred flight and answered all my questions. Though the airfare price went up but with her service and how she handled my concern I think it’s worth it. She even put and ask for my mileage account number so i could earn points with my travel. Scam company using bait and switch Scam company using bait and switch. Connects to scam call center in India. DO NOT USE!! Will claim once you book, although not confirmed, no refunds. Plus rude when you refuse their bait and switch. Basically confirm you with low fare, then to confirm by phone, they hit you with almost double cost. BEWARE!!!!

I had to call about my flight purchase… I had to call about my flight purchase because it said pending. Mind you I spent $1000 so I was concerned that I was getting scammed. Jamel was a great help and listened to my concerns. He advised me there wasn’t enough seats on the return flight I selected so we needed to switch airports. It was fine since there were flights available and he did a great job keeping me comfortable with my purchase. However I found out after our call he could’ve given me the flights cheaper since we switched airports because he just kept reassuring me that it would still be the same price it wouldn’t change. Well it could’ve changed to cheaper, I would’ve been fine with it being cheaper but no he kept them at the same price. When I say cheaper I mean like $300 cheaper so I was definitely disappointed in that part.
