Quality of Service I have spoken to travellers who have booked through an agent using Ratehawk. Ratehawk and the hotel confirms booking and payment. On the day of check in booking is shown as cancelled and clients need to wait or make a booking and pay and wait for agent to resolve with Ratehawk. Seems service is dropping

Non existent company that I have… Non existent company that I have reported for fraud. Once payment has been made they are not contactable. Dont request formal account confirmation as they've managed to create very legitimate looking bank letters.

Non-existent company Non-existent company! No one is replying or giving a clear answer whatsoever. The account manager is always on vacation. No reply for 3 days, and no answer or help for reservations that they have canceled. They don't have any proof that we requested to cancel, nor do they have logs or anything. Our customers are angry and left without rooms and they are not helping.
