They have not paid the hotel on resort therefore the clients have had to pay £5000 just to leave the island to make their flight home as a gesture of goodwill. After numerous emails and messages they just come back Saying they are working on it as a generic response! Terrible service and systems as always errors! Money is held by this company and not willing to pay it over ! Clients in nightmare situation. Disgraceful
