Recently, a representative from your company visited our office to introduce Rate Hawk, and despite our initial interest, our experience has been highly disappointing. During our first booking with your company, our customer encountered a medical emergency, and we promptly provided all the necessary documentation for a refund. However, despite our efforts, the refund process has been incredibly slow and inefficient. It is evident that your company lacks a strong customer service system, which has only added to our frustration. Based on this negative experience, I cannot recommend working with your company. GBPractical Booking Tool with Room for Improvement I've been booking through RateHawk for a good while. It generally offers a great variety of hotels and fair pricing. Response times from support could be better during busy periods too. Nonetheless, it's proven userful for planing trips for those I work with. I'll definitely keep it in my toolkit

ZANon existent company that I have… Non existent company that I have reported for fraud. Once payment has been made they are not contactable. Dont request formal account confirmation as they've managed to create very legitimate looking bank letters.

ESClient stuck in resort and ratehawk not… Client stuck in resort and ratehawk not wanting to take ownership of the mess! They have not paid the hotel on resort therefore the clients have had to pay £5000 just to leave the island to make their flight home as a gesture of goodwill. After numerous emails and messages they just come back Saying they are working on it as a generic response! Terrible service and systems as always errors! Money is held by this company and not willing to pay it over ! Clients in nightmare situation. Disgraceful
