Never regreted that decision and now we use Ratehawk almost exclusively. Booking engine is super easy to use and compared to other platforms there are so many different and very useful filters + pre-checking is done in hotels in order to avoid any problems at the arrival of the clients. Very few issues we ever had has been handled quickly by the support team or account manager who always does her best to get everything sorted asap. We definitely recommend Ratehawk as a B2B partner.
