ZAQuality of Service I have spoken to travellers who have booked through an agent using Ratehawk. Ratehawk and the hotel confirms booking and payment. On the day of check in booking is shown as cancelled and clients need to wait or make a booking and pay and wait for agent to resolve with Ratehawk. Seems service is dropping

ESClient stuck in resort and ratehawk not… Client stuck in resort and ratehawk not wanting to take ownership of the mess! They have not paid the hotel on resort therefore the clients have had to pay £5000 just to leave the island to make their flight home as a gesture of goodwill. After numerous emails and messages they just come back Saying they are working on it as a generic response! Terrible service and systems as always errors! Money is held by this company and not willing to pay it over ! Clients in nightmare situation. Disgraceful

GBNot a trustworthy company. They claim they are not part of Russia but they are. Not US based! Beware! This is a Russian company. It’s actually Emerging travel. This company is NOT based in US like they claim. Their US address is a virtual office. Credit card payments will not go through and bookings will be canceled. They will say it’s a security thing and you will get a confirmation but the hotel won’t have your room! The service is horrible! Don’t use this company!

During our first booking with your company, our customer encountered a medical emergency, and we promptly provided all the necessary documentation for a refund. However, despite our efforts, the refund process has been incredibly slow and inefficient. It is evident that your company lacks a strong customer service system, which has only added to our frustration. Based on this negative experience, I cannot recommend working with your company.
