GBRented limo for my wife's 50th… Rented limo for my wife's 50th birthday. Went to the Motley Crue stadium concert in Minneapolis. Our driver Ting was excellent. On time, professional, made it a great experience.

GBPoor communication but great service… Poor communication but great service from the driver. Leading up to the date of the trip I received no emails or other notifications about final payment or more details on the bus/driver. Multiple of my emails went unanswered and multiple phone calls resulted in finally getting my driver details <24hrs from the booking. Driver was amazing! She was on time and had no issues or complaints from anyone as she ran shuttle to my event. The mini coach bus was in great condition, clean and comfortable. Definitely more work but booking directly might have been a better experience then using this third party.

GBDropped the ball on my wedding day and wouldn't take my calls Limo and Coach Transfer contracted with a guy who was completely incompetent and couldn't deliver his promised vehicle on time for my wedding. My wife rode to the wedding site in her brother's pickup truck. I drove myself. The contractor eventually showed up 45 minutes late and got the rest of my wedding party. When I called and wrote Limo and Coach Transfer afterward asking for a refund, I got no response. Totally bush-league operation all around.

GBMade the quincenera’s day Made the quincenera’s day! She was shocked and her expression said it all, made her day even better that she was able to ride in the limousine with all her damas and chamblenas. She had a great experience with them and that was the best part seeing her happy!

GBThis is just a sketchy company This is just a sketchy company. They said they could deliver and said they would refund if I cancelled but they changed what they said a few times in vehicles, claimed the same person I was talking to was many different people, and eventually I cancelled and they tried to charge me 50% of the $1500. Don’t get involved with them.
