GBI had reservations at 6:00 I had reservations at 6:00. At 6:05 I made contact with the driver who had broken down, but no phone call. They had dispatched another driver which arrived at 6:35 with reservation at 7:15, which was 48 minutes away. I had to call restaurant to extend reservation. The second driver was polite, amazing, and so kind. The limo was very nice except the seat portion was hot, and was blowing warm air. (Yes everything was on cool. This was my experience not horrific but definitely not great…

GBDont use this service I booked a car with these guys last fall, and was told they would charge me a deposit, then charge the balance a couple of days before the date of service. Instead, they charged the entire amount right away, then would not respond to inquiries about that. Then, when i had to cancel, instead of keeping just the deposit, they kept all of the money.

GBThis is just a sketchy company This is just a sketchy company. They said they could deliver and said they would refund if I cancelled but they changed what they said a few times in vehicles, claimed the same person I was talking to was many different people, and eventually I cancelled and they tried to charge me 50% of the $1500. Don’t get involved with them.
