CABooking was okay - room for improvement Booking was okay. while the cost was cheaper than on other websites, the is difficulty now when dealing with the airline to manage things like baggage, seats, etc. The website was cluttered and multiple links showing multiple prices for the same flight. The invoice total was the stated price, but there was a line item showing the 'total cost' being $400 cheaper than the price, then the final cost being the original price (no mention of where the extra $400 came from). Overall, it delivered on the price, but left me asking some questions that I won't get answers to.

GB"Review your Trip" email button Rating with three stars because clicking the button "Review your Trip" from the confirmation emails, links to a page that has no trip planned for me. That created some worry. Following the link "exploretrip.com / trips / dashboard" though showed the trip I have booked.

GBThey have cheap tickets but are a terrible company This company has given me the run around with a ticket I booked. They lie, each rep has a different story and the supervisors are rude and yell at customers. I was informed by the airline that they refunded all tickets to Japan due to the country sign closed during the pandemic. When I called explore trip to inquire about the refund they are giving me the run around . Despite my own knowledge they even got me to pay an extra $200 to keep the ticket to get a credit despite the country being closed. Today I spoke with a “ supervisor” Santiago who yelled at me , interrupted me when I was speaking and would not let me voice my disappointment in the company ( which as a supervisor he is supposed to take complaints and hopefully make corrections ). This is very disheartening and I will never use this company again. I will also be issuing my social media platforms to express my grievances with this company in hopes to warn others.

GBExcellent Service! Price did not change while I was… Price did not change while I was ordering the tickets (like it did on a competitor’s site), booking info was received promptly, everything was smooth.

GBScam Organization Terrible Fraud Organization The airline delayed the flight by 24 hours and we cancelled the ticket. And it has been over 1.5 years and we are still struggling to get our refund. When I call the agent they say Airline has not refunded the amount so they can't refund. And the Airline says to get in touch with the the agent since the ticket was done through them. The Exploretrip refund team says, the process of requesting refund from the airline is via EMAIL which is a huge red flag. I still haven't got my refund. They're running a scam.
