CAWorst service Worst service, greedy unprofessional operators. I had my flights for ~$1100 booked for India before COVID which got cancelled by the airlines. I asked for a refund and they offered only ~$400 saying it includes "internal costs". I accepted the amount and they said the airline is not giving any refund and we have added the original amount as a credit for the purchase of tickets. Now after 1 year I asked to book the tickets and they said ohh your refund was processed two days ago.!!! I am never working with such service again. Update - after this review, a person from ExploreTrip reached out to me and explained the reasons. Even though not fully satisfied with the explanation and lose of >50% of my money. I was content that they tried and gave me $200 back.

GB"Review your Trip" email button Rating with three stars because clicking the button "Review your Trip" from the confirmation emails, links to a page that has no trip planned for me. That created some worry. Following the link "exploretrip.com / trips / dashboard" though showed the trip I have booked.

GBSCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These people are straight up scammers. I tried booking a flight four months ago and I got a message saying it was unable to process. I even called to make sure it was not processed as I was going to get the ticket elsewhere. Two days later lo and behold I was charged for said “ticket”. I’ve called, with no exaggeration, six seperate times and all six times I’ve been told different info, and everyone I spoke to (aside from the supervisor) refused to provide any email confirmation about what we had spoken on the phone. The first said he was processing my refund and to be on the look out for it within the next 7-10 business days. After 7-10 business days, I called again and Shane told me that it was still being processed and to wait another 7-10 days. After that I spoke to an extremely rude and unprofessional Arianna who ended up hanging up on me. Then there was Clive who informed me that no refund was being processed and to call the airline. Then I spoke to a “supervisor” named William who finally sent me a confirmation email on my refund, told me to wait another 10 business days for my refund to kick in. 10 days later, nothing. Called again to ask about the refund and was told to wait until July 10th, two entire months since I was robbed from this “company”, to get my refund. Once that date rolled around and got no refund, I decided not to deal with these incompetent scamming clowns anymore and go straight to my bank to fight the charge. All that just to be refunded HALF!!! DO NO USE THESE SCAMMERS THEY WILL QUITE LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

GBOffer good price, but then their agents try to trick you into paying higher price citing a price increase in airline side... Avoid this company at all cost! I have booked a trip through their website at the listed price. They haven't charged my card for 2 days and haven't issued a ticket. First day they sent an email saying there was a problem with card authorization and asked to send my card details and passport which I never had to do with other agent. Second day agent called me a said the they have verified my card, but the flight price have gone up by $150 and asked me to authorize the ticket purchase at new price and quickly sent an email to acknowledge new booking at new price. I had to agree to their proposal since the by the time they come to the booking the prices with other agents have gone up. Strangely after this call they charged my card for the originally booked price and separately charged for $150 straight after the phone call from the agent.
