GBBest Airfare I purchased 4 tickets for international travel through a discount website, then decided several hours later to make the purchase through my travel rewards program instead. I thought I had 24 hours to cancel the booking without penalties but learned after speaking with Larry at ExploreTrip that there will be a $75 charge for each ticket ($300 total). Of course I wasn't happy with this, but I realize that Larry is just a guy doing his job. He has to deal with difficult and unhappy customers every single day. What I appreciate (and the reason for my 4 star review of this company) is Larry's willingness to listen and to answer my questions. He explained the company policies and after some back and forth, found a way to reverse my purchase, which thus eliminated the cancellation fees. I don't know if this would have happened regardless of who I spoke to, but I ultimately did have a positive outcome with this company and their employee. They had/have the cheapest airfare compared to all the other companies but the $75 cancellation penalty is a bummer so I docked one star.

GBthe booking process was fine the booking process was fine, hence the 5 star. The service of Spirit airline however, was not great. terrible plane seats (seat cushion was old and flat), no complimentary free snacks at all, the plane was not cleaned (tray table got old stains), the app loses boarding pass after a while and need to reboot app...etc.

CAI was very pleased with my booking with… I was very pleased with my booking with your website. I just wondered why I didn't receive my confirmed e-ticket right away. I guess I am just completing this review, which I've never done before with flight bookings.

GBI could fly, that’s good but I had a lot of stress during the process I was a bit afraid that my tickets were a fraud/scam. They weren’t, I could fly and I’m happy with the final outcome. However I must say that the customer service is not good and the booking confirmation has some things that don’t work. Also, I had a problem with my middle name on my ticket (it was wrong), it was my fault and they charged me $125 to fix that. Finally, It wasn’t fixed, I could fly anyway but they still charged that 125 extra. Update: I was contacted by customer service and they reimbursed me $125. I'm satisfied now and I increased one star to my original evaluation.

GBBooking was really easy and quick Booking was really easy and quick! I got my confirmation email on the spot and my booking details a few minutes after! I am grateful because i get to experience a trip of my dreams at such an incredible price
