Potential to be 5 star Potential to be 5 star. This tour was amazing and a strong value. Communication was not optimal, but knowing what to expect in that area- I would book again with this company. Airline seating for my party was NEVER together and no one seemed able to help. I expected more after hearing rave reviews about United Emirates. I am unsure why some in our group of 18 were able to pre-assign seats, while others were unable to. Clearer communication would greatly optimize as flights were over night and longer than 8 hours. An itinerary with each hotel would be an added bonus. I saw other agents itineraries posted in the lobby of the 2nd hotel. Updates were NOT on the phone app we were encouraged to download. We had to elect a group leader, who made sure everyone was aware of changes. At the end of the day- it was still a great value with top notch tours.

Greece - August 2018 Working with Brian was great. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and flexible. When there were any issues he resolved quickly and exhibited great customer service in the process. We got a lot of value for our money and really enjoyed the tours, knowledgeable guides and experience. We already know where we’d like to travel for the next two years and will turn to Brian and Mainly Vacations for our planning.

Aegean Vacay My experience was great. This was my first time going to Greece as well as taking a cruise. The vacation package I selected from Mainly Vacations was very accommodating. From the time my family, friends and I arrived in Athens we were greeted by friendly and hospitable people. From the hotel staff Athenian Callirhoe hotel to the Celestyal Cruise crew felt welcome.The tour guides were very informative. I was able to gain so much knowledge on Greek culture on my brief stay. I will definitely book with Mainly Vacations again.

Overall Good Trip Value - above average for the price.but not excellent Lodging - excellent (Athens, Santorini, Mykonos & Dubai) Guide support - outstanding in Athens; good in Santorini & Mykonos; less than satisfactory in Dubai. We had to negotiate for the bus to take the group back to the hotel, versus being left at the mall and securing our transportation. Emirates -- difficulty checking in online; not assigned a seat next to your travel partner to Athens & Dubai Emirates changed baggage policy on February 1, 2019, MV should have spearheaded a discussion with the airline to ensure no problems. Considering the fact that MV was paid long before Feb. 1st. I hold MV totally responsible for the poor seat assignments and not being willing to speak to airlines on our behalf. Finally, the travel APP would not work (or load properly) on my IPhone 7. Some in our group which did have access notice the APP was inadequate because there weren't any updates with revisions.

My husband and I had an amazing time in… My husband and I had an amazing time in Dubai and Greece!! We had the best honeymoon we could have asked for. Brian was very helpful and made sure everything went smooth for us. The only down side it took too long for us to receive the air tickets and the itinerary, but other than we had a blast! I definitely recommend Mainly Vacations.
