GBPoor service was RIGHTED I had much difficulty with my initial booking in April 2016; however, my last 3 encounters have changed my rating from -10 to +4! I was very pleased with Lucas, Moses and Emily who changed my impression of this agency. Poor Service was changed: Last April, I needed to cancel my "bereavement" airline reservation with this agency within 24 hours after my original booking; however, I was unable to connect with them. I called within 24 hours and ended up listening to a recording that stated I was next in line for 1 hour. When I was finally connected (the next business day) it was a hassle to obtain a CREDIT for my cancelled reservation ($258.60). I attempted to contact the agency this week; however, the email (that had accompanied the confirmed cancellation) was returned to me. When I reached personnel on the phone, I was told there would be a $200. re-booking fee, and needed to send a copy of the death certificate. When I spoke with Lucas last evening, I was given my flight confirmation, with NO re-booking fee and the death certificate was not needed. I appreciate that these 3 employees worked together within their positions and RIGHTED a difficult situation. Thank you LUCAS!

GBAMAZING AMAZING. Needed to get my son and his family to NY from Florida to get out of hurricane. There were no tickets available for ANY airline. Not sure how they did it but they told me they would try. Less than an hour later Richard called me to let me know he got the tickets. Great Job.
