GBPoor service was RIGHTED I had much difficulty with my initial booking in April 2016; however, my last 3 encounters have changed my rating from -10 to +4! I was very pleased with Lucas, Moses and Emily who changed my impression of this agency. Poor Service was changed: Last April, I needed to cancel my "bereavement" airline reservation with this agency within 24 hours after my original booking; however, I was unable to connect with them. I called within 24 hours and ended up listening to a recording that stated I was next in line for 1 hour. When I was finally connected (the next business day) it was a hassle to obtain a CREDIT for my cancelled reservation ($258.60). I attempted to contact the agency this week; however, the email (that had accompanied the confirmed cancellation) was returned to me. When I reached personnel on the phone, I was told there would be a $200. re-booking fee, and needed to send a copy of the death certificate. When I spoke with Lucas last evening, I was given my flight confirmation, with NO re-booking fee and the death certificate was not needed. I appreciate that these 3 employees worked together within their positions and RIGHTED a difficult situation. Thank you LUCAS!

GBNeed their services to get best flight deals I had great experience with Flights services inc. They are very professional and efficient in booking flights as per my requirements. I was able to get them on call any time and get clarification on flights schedule, special food on flights etc. I will use their services in future too:) Keep doing great job:)

GBTried to scam us on flight change Because we paid for our southwest flight with credit card points when we needed to make a change southwest directed us to this company to make the change. We spoke to a rep named Harry who tried two different scams on us. The first was our new flights were $200 cheaper than our original $400 fares. He tried to say we would be charged $200 for changing the flights but we would get a $200 flight credit so in essence the change would cost us nothing. So basically they knew southwest would give us $200 in credit and then wanted to charge us $200 to make the change but wanted it to appear like we were getting a good deal as it was costing us nothing to change. I pointed out on the southwest website the new fares were $200 cheaper. He told me those cheaper flights were sold out and that if I tried to book it would not go through. At this point he tried to tell me he could get the new fares for $295. Throughout the call he was interrupting me and speaking over me getting mildly pushy and aggressive. I felt like I was being scammed. He also said there were only 3 seats left on one of the flights so we needed to hurry. I put him on hold went to southwest site and booked the flights for $200 and nowhere did it say there were limited seats on any flight. I do not know if these are company pushed scams or Harry is running his own little scams but I would be very careful dealing with this company.
