GBOk here's the real-deal about this… Ok here's the real-deal about this company-The way they offer such low fares is they use airline miles to buy tickets which is a LEGAL loophole that airline companies don't like but have to legally honor. I didn't know that when I bought my tickets from them. They also NEVER told me that once you buy a ticket you aren't going to get a refund because of that. They'll give you credit towards another flight but as far as a refund forget it! I will NEVER buy another ticket from these guys and would seriously tell you not to do so either!

GBCustomer Service and Prices I have Used SBC in the past as well as their competitors and hands down they have the best customer services around. Not to mention their prices are extremely competitive and cheaper then anything else i was able to find. And i shopped around for a while!
