Ok here's the real-deal about this… Ok here's the real-deal about this company-The way they offer such low fares is they use airline miles to buy tickets which is a LEGAL loophole that airline companies don't like but have to legally honor. I didn't know that when I bought my tickets from them. They also NEVER told me that once you buy a ticket you aren't going to get a refund because of that. They'll give you credit towards another flight but as far as a refund forget it! I will NEVER buy another ticket from these guys and would seriously tell you not to do so either!

Worst travel agent I have ever dealt… Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with, it’s a scam they buy your tickets using old frequent flyer points . We had issues boarding flights and was told prior to boarding the tickets have not been paid for as the frequent Flyer points have been rejected and was also told we are on stand by when we paid full price. We had a holiday from hell using them. Save yourself the stress, worry and hassle and book direct with the airline.

Recently returned from NY city Recently returned from NY, and the service provided by Simply Business was simply outstanding the trip and airline was very comfortable the food was high quality - the lounge was comfortable with some special perks as well. I Would definitely use this company again as they made it very easy and genuine Thank you guys!

Customer Service and Prices I have Used SBC in the past as well as their competitors and hands down they have the best customer services around. Not to mention their prices are extremely competitive and cheaper then anything else i was able to find. And i shopped around for a while!

SBC best for service, price and flights This was the second time we used Simply Business Class for long trips and the flights and service were excellent. Gene selected great airlines and mainly where possible we had direct flights with great connections. We were also able to book the seats that we wanted too. Gene was also aware of the standard of airlines in Australia and knew we would need a longer connection in Sydney. At the time of booking I though the layover was a bit long, but travellers on shorter layovers missed their connections - Gene’s experience meant we avoided any hassle. The price for our flights were unbeatable too. We will definitely use SBC again. Yvonne
