AUBooked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi… Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi through Nustay but the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus and instructed Nustay to pay me a refund. Instead of doing so Nustay told me my booking was non refundable and that the hotel was open, my sister turned up there only to find out it was actually closed and Nustay still won’t pay me my money back. Scam of an organisation.

GBSuch a scam and fraudulent company Such a scam and fraudulent company. Our flights were canceled for two times due to COVID 19. We tried to contact NUSTAY many times for refund. After several discussions, they told us they would refund if the hotel accepted. We contacted the hotel and we got the cancellation confirmation email and we forwarded it to NUSTAY. They said they needed to contact the third party (we do not know who they are referring to) in order to process our refund. We have not received our refund yet. We tried to email them but they haven’t responded back. It is very frustrating. We have been hit not only by Covid 19 but also by this fraudulent company who is taking advantage of this situation.

IEMathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of… Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of Nustay needs to refund the hundreds of people he scammed out of their hard earned money. Every other booking company refunded their customers during the covid crises but this man ran off with all our money - total scam artist.

DEGreat help from Nustay I bought a hotel vouchers in Zanzibar via Nustay in Feb 2020. This was before COVID-19 Pandemic. After that in June our flights was cancelled, we contacted and asked Nustay for help. They responded very quickly and gave us suggestion what we should do. Finally they helped us for a cancellation and get 100% refund back, despite the fact that our booking was a 100% prepayment and non- refundable. Nustay is truly trustful, I will surely book our hotel via Nustay in future!! Love you guys and your services!!
