Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 we didn’t manage to proceed with our much anticipated trip and the team has been amazing at supporting us: they helped us canceled with the hotel and managed to get us a full refund. Very friendly, proffessional and really good at keeping us updated at all times. Moving onwards Nustay will be our go to place for our travels. Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi… Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi through Nustay but the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus and instructed Nustay to pay me a refund. Instead of doing so Nustay told me my booking was non refundable and that the hotel was open, my sister turned up there only to find out it was actually closed and Nustay still won’t pay me my money back. Scam of an organisation.

Stole my money Cancelled my reservation on 16th May, 4 months before our scheduled stay. We were informed that we would be refunded within 90 business days. It is now nearly 5 months since the cancellation and we have not received the refund. Scam artists. Do not use.

Very good experience Very good experience, I had some reschedules due to corona virus. (Twice so far) Team help me a lot with no stress. I will definitely use them again even this week, because I'm not able to go Croatia, so I may stay more days in Italy instead.

Great help from Nustay I bought a hotel vouchers in Zanzibar via Nustay in Feb 2020. This was before COVID-19 Pandemic. After that in June our flights was cancelled, we contacted and asked Nustay for help. They responded very quickly and gave us suggestion what we should do. Finally they helped us for a cancellation and get 100% refund back, despite the fact that our booking was a 100% prepayment and non- refundable. Nustay is truly trustful, I will surely book our hotel via Nustay in future!! Love you guys and your services!!
