GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. I booked a one night stay because my son had a soccer tournament 2 months later, then the Covid 19 outbreak began. My son's tournament was cancelled and I reached out to cancel my reservation - this was 6 weeks prior to my reservation date. They asked if I could contact them within 7 days of the reservation as they needed to deal with much sooner reservations. I completely understood and did exactly as they asked. Contacted them 6 days prior to our stay and they refused to consider returning our money. Do not ever use Nustay. They are a scam.

GBThe team at Nustay is the best! The team at Nustay were very helpful when dealing with our canceled reservations on our trip to Hokkaido, Japan. Each email was filled with courteous and concerned words, with attention to detail and knowledge of our situation. They handled our cancelation quickly and even got us a credit for a future booking for a non-refundable reservation at a hotel in Narita. Their email replies were prompt and I heard back from them within one day and even the same day. I will definitely use Nustay for booking on our future trips. Thanks Nustay, you're the best! ITWaiting a refund after 6 months In January I booked a hotel in Milan for April 2020 with advance payment. The hotel was closed until May 2020 due to ministerial provisions, therefore it was impossible to use the paid service. Untl now I send 20 e-mails to which they respond evasively, but then finally they recognize me a refund that I'm still waiting!! 6 months passed and I'm still waiting the refund... I have sent notice to my lawyer in which I request a refund of the amount paid.

GBStole my money Cancelled my reservation on 16th May, 4 months before our scheduled stay. We were informed that we would be refunded within 90 business days. It is now nearly 5 months since the cancellation and we have not received the refund. Scam artists. Do not use.
