The team at Nustay is the best! The team at Nustay were very helpful when dealing with our canceled reservations on our trip to Hokkaido, Japan. Each email was filled with courteous and concerned words, with attention to detail and knowledge of our situation. They handled our cancelation quickly and even got us a credit for a future booking for a non-refundable reservation at a hotel in Narita. Great help from Nustay I bought a hotel vouchers in Zanzibar via Nustay in Feb 2020. This was before COVID-19 Pandemic. After that in June our flights was cancelled, we contacted and asked Nustay for help. They responded very quickly and gave us suggestion what we should do. Finally they helped us for a cancellation and get 100% refund back, despite the fact that our booking was a 100% prepayment and non- refundable. Nustay is truly trustful, I will surely book our hotel via Nustay in future!! Love you guys and your services!!

Withholding refund Informed I would receive refund within 21 business days of cancelling (due to Covid-19). Time has now elapsed. Still no refund. Still no communication from Nustay about when to expect. Will not use again, and will advise friends and family to avoid as well.

I booked a stay in NYC for COVID… I booked a stay in NYC for COVID response. My contract with the company was cancelled by day 2 so I needed a refund for the hotel stay that was paid for prior to my contract cancellation. Nustay worked diligently to process my refund back to my credit card. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to process due to the limitations that have arise from COVID. They kept me informed with every move, responded to my emails within hours, sometimes minutes. I could not have asked for a better team throughout this process given the circumstances.
