Stole my money Cancelled my reservation on 16th May, 4 months before our scheduled stay. We were informed that we would be refunded within 90 business days. It is now nearly 5 months since the cancellation and we have not received the refund. Scam artists. Do not use.

Excellent suppport from The Nustay Team Nustay came out on top earlier in the year when we booked accommodation for a June trip to Barcelona. Following the Worldwide impact of COVID 19 Nustay,s customer support team stepped up to support us with a voucher code for the full value which we can use for future travel plans. Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi… Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi through Nustay but the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus and instructed Nustay to pay me a refund. Instead of doing so Nustay told me my booking was non refundable and that the hotel was open, my sister turned up there only to find out it was actually closed and Nustay still won’t pay me my money back. Scam of an organisation.

Great help from Nustay I bought a hotel vouchers in Zanzibar via Nustay in Feb 2020. This was before COVID-19 Pandemic. After that in June our flights was cancelled, we contacted and asked Nustay for help. They responded very quickly and gave us suggestion what we should do. Finally they helped us for a cancellation and get 100% refund back, despite the fact that our booking was a 100% prepayment and non- refundable. Nustay is truly trustful, I will surely book our hotel via Nustay in future!! Love you guys and your services!!
