Stole my money Cancelled my reservation on 16th May, 4 months before our scheduled stay. We were informed that we would be refunded within 90 business days. It is now nearly 5 months since the cancellation and we have not received the refund. Scam artists. Do not use.

Very good experience Very good experience, I had some reschedules due to corona virus. (Twice so far) Team help me a lot with no stress. I will definitely use them again even this week, because I'm not able to go Croatia, so I may stay more days in Italy instead.

SCAM !! Booked a hotel before coronavirus in February 2020. Nustay then cancelled this without my consent or knowledge on 8 April 2020. I attempted to cancel myself in September 2020 for a full refund but they refused to cancel!! They just wanted to keep my money and pretend that they had not already cancelled the booking. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY - they operate under the vendor known as 'webjet'. SCAM STAY AWAY!!

Do not use this company Do not use this company. I booked a one night stay because my son had a soccer tournament 2 months later, then the Covid 19 outbreak began. My son's tournament was cancelled and I reached out to cancel my reservation - this was 6 weeks prior to my reservation date. They asked if I could contact them within 7 days of the reservation as they needed to deal with much sooner reservations. I completely understood and did exactly as they asked. Contacted them 6 days prior to our stay and they refused to consider returning our money. Do not ever use Nustay. They are a scam.

A Big Thank you to Tatiana On 19th March , I wrote one star review as first reply for change of date to Rome due to COVID-19 was rejected by Nustay saying we should claim it off our insurance. Since then Tatiana got in touch with me and has helped us get change of date to next year for all 5 of us. Nustay have absolved all extra charges. Tatiana really came through for us and we want to thank her for all the hard work she put into getting the hotel to let us change dates.
