Refund from Nustay Due to Covid travel restrictions we cancelled our hotel in Portugal booked through Nustay. We had free cancellation as long as we cancelled up to 7 days before our arrival date, We cancelled with Nustay on 11th May 2020 - After a few emails back and forth we received a full refund credited back to our account. My main contact at Nustay was Helen Grey and she did an absolutely fantastic job of making sure any issues were resolved. Her honesty and professionalism is a credit to her and the company she represents. Top marks all round.

The team at Nustay is the best! The team at Nustay were very helpful when dealing with our canceled reservations on our trip to Hokkaido, Japan. Each email was filled with courteous and concerned words, with attention to detail and knowledge of our situation. They handled our cancelation quickly and even got us a credit for a future booking for a non-refundable reservation at a hotel in Narita. Their email replies were prompt and I heard back from them within one day and even the same day. I will definitely use Nustay for booking on our future trips. Thanks Nustay, you're the best! Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of… Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of Nustay needs to refund the hundreds of people he scammed out of their hard earned money. Every other booking company refunded their customers during the covid crises but this man ran off with all our money - total scam artist.

Withholding refund Informed I would receive refund within 21 business days of cancelling (due to Covid-19). Time has now elapsed. Still no refund. Still no communication from Nustay about when to expect. Will not use again, and will advise friends and family to avoid as well.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. I booked a one night stay because my son had a soccer tournament 2 months later, then the Covid 19 outbreak began. My son's tournament was cancelled and I reached out to cancel my reservation - this was 6 weeks prior to my reservation date. They asked if I could contact them within 7 days of the reservation as they needed to deal with much sooner reservations. I completely understood and did exactly as they asked. Contacted them 6 days prior to our stay and they refused to consider returning our money. Do not ever use Nustay. They are a scam.
