He was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help get me the best result possible due to the unforeseen circumstances of the virus. Alex was really kind and tried his absolute best to get me the result I was after, and he is probably under so much pressure at the moment. Thanks so much Alex!

Refund from Nustay Due to Covid travel restrictions we cancelled our hotel in Portugal booked through Nustay. We had free cancellation as long as we cancelled up to 7 days before our arrival date, We cancelled with Nustay on 11th May 2020 - After a few emails back and forth we received a full refund credited back to our account. My main contact at Nustay was Helen Grey and she did an absolutely fantastic job of making sure any issues were resolved. Her honesty and professionalism is a credit to her and the company she represents. Top marks all round.

Booked a hotel in February Booked a hotel in February, cancelled and asked for a refund in May. We were told we would get our money back within 90 days-- it's now OCTOBER and still nothing. I know they were able to get a refund from the hotel as I've called the hotel and was informed that they have refunded NUSTAY. There is no phone number to call and I have been communicating with them via EMAIL. If you have a choice, please use more reputable online travel companies. This company obviously does not care for their customers.

Every other booking company refunded their customers during the covid crises but this man ran off with all our money - total scam artist.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. I booked a one night stay because my son had a soccer tournament 2 months later, then the Covid 19 outbreak began. My son's tournament was cancelled and I reached out to cancel my reservation - this was 6 weeks prior to my reservation date. They asked if I could contact them within 7 days of the reservation as they needed to deal with much sooner reservations. I completely understood and did exactly as they asked. Contacted them 6 days prior to our stay and they refused to consider returning our money. Do not ever use Nustay. They are a scam.
