Great help from Nustay I bought a hotel vouchers in Zanzibar via Nustay in Feb 2020. This was before COVID-19 Pandemic. After that in June our flights was cancelled, we contacted and asked Nustay for help. They responded very quickly and gave us suggestion what we should do. Finally they helped us for a cancellation and get 100% refund back, despite the fact that our booking was a 100% prepayment and non- refundable. Nustay is truly trustful, I will surely book our hotel via Nustay in future!! Love you guys and your services!!

Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of… Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of Nustay needs to refund the hundreds of people he scammed out of their hard earned money. Every other booking company refunded their customers during the covid crises but this man ran off with all our money - total scam artist.

I booked a stay in NYC for COVID… I booked a stay in NYC for COVID response. My contract with the company was cancelled by day 2 so I needed a refund for the hotel stay that was paid for prior to my contract cancellation. Nustay worked diligently to process my refund back to my credit card. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to process due to the limitations that have arise from COVID. They kept me informed with every move, responded to my emails within hours, sometimes minutes. I could not have asked for a better team throughout this process given the circumstances.

Booked a hotel in February Booked a hotel in February, cancelled and asked for a refund in May. We were told we would get our money back within 90 days-- it's now OCTOBER and still nothing. I know they were able to get a refund from the hotel as I've called the hotel and was informed that they have refunded NUSTAY. There is no phone number to call and I have been communicating with them via EMAIL. If you have a choice, please use more reputable online travel companies. This company obviously does not care for their customers.

We live in the UK and we hadn’t heard… We live in the UK and we hadn’t heard of Nustay before but we found a great deal on their website and decided to book our accommodation for a trip to Japan with them. Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 we didn’t manage to proceed with our much anticipated trip and the team has been amazing at supporting us: they helped us canceled with the hotel and managed to get us a full refund. Very friendly, proffessional and really good at keeping us updated at all times. Moving onwards Nustay will be our go to place for our travels. Thank you so much Nustay team and keep up the good work!
