Following the Worldwide impact of COVID 19 Nustay,s customer support team stepped up to support us with a voucher code for the full value which we can use for future travel plans. We are most grateful for the outstanding service provided by the Customer support team and look forward to a time when we can all make travel plans again.

IEMathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of… Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of Nustay needs to refund the hundreds of people he scammed out of their hard earned money. Every other booking company refunded their customers during the covid crises but this man ran off with all our money - total scam artist.

GBStole my money Cancelled my reservation on 16th May, 4 months before our scheduled stay. We were informed that we would be refunded within 90 business days. It is now nearly 5 months since the cancellation and we have not received the refund. Scam artists. Do not use.

GBBooked a hotel in February Booked a hotel in February, cancelled and asked for a refund in May. We were told we would get our money back within 90 days-- it's now OCTOBER and still nothing. I know they were able to get a refund from the hotel as I've called the hotel and was informed that they have refunded NUSTAY. There is no phone number to call and I have been communicating with them via EMAIL. If you have a choice, please use more reputable online travel companies. This company obviously does not care for their customers.

AUAwesome service from Nustay We had a hotel booking in Sydney made through Nustay, and of course like so many others it became necessary to cancel the entire trip. At all times the contacts there were polite, efficient, and understanding (despite what they must have been going through themselves!). Nustay were easy to contact, and prompt in their replies - if only we could say that about some of the other organisations we have had to deal with! We now hold a voucher for the full value of our cancelled booking - something we received more from goodwill than entitlement, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you folks, and may you prosper when this is all over!
