Awesome service from Nustay We had a hotel booking in Sydney made through Nustay, and of course like so many others it became necessary to cancel the entire trip. At all times the contacts there were polite, efficient, and understanding (despite what they must have been going through themselves!). Nustay were easy to contact, and prompt in their replies - if only we could say that about some of the other organisations we have had to deal with! We now hold a voucher for the full value of our cancelled booking - something we received more from goodwill than entitlement, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you folks, and may you prosper when this is all over!

The team at Nustay is the best! The team at Nustay were very helpful when dealing with our canceled reservations on our trip to Hokkaido, Japan. Each email was filled with courteous and concerned words, with attention to detail and knowledge of our situation. They handled our cancelation quickly and even got us a credit for a future booking for a non-refundable reservation at a hotel in Narita. Their email replies were prompt and I heard back from them within one day and even the same day. I will definitely use Nustay for booking on our future trips. Thanks Nustay, you're the best! Do not use this company Do not use this company. I booked a one night stay because my son had a soccer tournament 2 months later, then the Covid 19 outbreak began. My son's tournament was cancelled and I reached out to cancel my reservation - this was 6 weeks prior to my reservation date. They asked if I could contact them within 7 days of the reservation as they needed to deal with much sooner reservations. I completely understood and did exactly as they asked. Contacted them 6 days prior to our stay and they refused to consider returning our money. Do not ever use Nustay. They are a scam.

I booked a stay in NYC for COVID… I booked a stay in NYC for COVID response. My contract with the company was cancelled by day 2 so I needed a refund for the hotel stay that was paid for prior to my contract cancellation. Nustay worked diligently to process my refund back to my credit card. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to process due to the limitations that have arise from COVID. They kept me informed with every move, responded to my emails within hours, sometimes minutes. I could not have asked for a better team throughout this process given the circumstances.
