My contract with the company was cancelled by day 2 so I needed a refund for the hotel stay that was paid for prior to my contract cancellation. Nustay worked diligently to process my refund back to my credit card. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to process due to the limitations that have arise from COVID. They kept me informed with every move, responded to my emails within hours, sometimes minutes. I could not have asked for a better team throughout this process given the circumstances.

Awesome service from Nustay We had a hotel booking in Sydney made through Nustay, and of course like so many others it became necessary to cancel the entire trip. At all times the contacts there were polite, efficient, and understanding (despite what they must have been going through themselves!). Nustay were easy to contact, and prompt in their replies - if only we could say that about some of the other organisations we have had to deal with! We now hold a voucher for the full value of our cancelled booking - something we received more from goodwill than entitlement, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you folks, and may you prosper when this is all over!

Stole my money Cancelled my reservation on 16th May, 4 months before our scheduled stay. We were informed that we would be refunded within 90 business days. It is now nearly 5 months since the cancellation and we have not received the refund. Scam artists. Do not use.

Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi… Booked the Crowne Plaza in Abu Dhabi through Nustay but the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus and instructed Nustay to pay me a refund. Instead of doing so Nustay told me my booking was non refundable and that the hotel was open, my sister turned up there only to find out it was actually closed and Nustay still won’t pay me my money back. Scam of an organisation.

Withholding refund Informed I would receive refund within 21 business days of cancelling (due to Covid-19). Time has now elapsed. Still no refund. Still no communication from Nustay about when to expect. Will not use again, and will advise friends and family to avoid as well.
