Cheating - Restricted tickets I booked a flight ticket. They did not send confirmation. I called and asked them for itenary. They said it is restricted ticket. They can confirm if the waiting list is confirmed. 6 hours before flight departure. Worst.. Highly uncertain and not customer friendly. Literally Cheating

A stressful and bad travel booking episode. I will strongly advise anyone booking any flight anywhere, please keep away from Foggyfly. They are notorious and I never faced a travel agency as bad as them. Their advertisement are false and you will loose your entire money or be forced to pay substanntially more. My experience was very stressful and I was given a choice of loosing the entire money or pay more. I shall never deal with this company and hope you are not trapped like me

Skeptical I purchased a flight on Jet Blue for $107 last night. I was called this morning and told that the flight was unable to be confirmed because the rate increased. The increased rate was quoted as more than double when I was initially paying for. At that point I was told that the ticket I purchased was non refundable (even though I don’t have a ticket) and I needed to choose another flight. I was offered and eventually paid for a ticket on a carrier I do not like, traveling at a time of day I do not like AND now paying (separately) for the choice of a seat and the privilege of carrying on my small bag. The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because you were patient. And got me on a flight that I would NEVER have chosen paying a lot more than I initially chose. Do you are sales people.

A terrible company This is a terrible company and I had a terrible experience. The ticket prices on their website are fake. When I confirmed the ticket information, they said the ticket I booked was no longer available and offered me another flight that required two transfers and cost $400 more. Then, they threatened me not to cancel the ticket. For now, they haven't charged my credit card yet. I had to suspend my credit card service. Hope this helps.

Absolutely ridiculous experience Absolutely ridiculous experience! I was mislead, manipulated and lied to about my original flight. And they wanted to DOUBLE my price. Called in the middle of the night to talk about the issue of my flight, they place you on hold, multiple times for ATLEAST 40 minutes. Impossible to get ahold of. I was able to get a refund on my flight because it was within 24 hour- to only be called back and told I was getting charged! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
