NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!!!! They did a bait and switch, which I unfortunately fell for. Priced out flight for around 538.00. Got a call the next day that fight was not available for that price. Refused to cancel, saying it was nonrefundable. But that they could switch for 300 more. Since the trip involves a family health issue, I agreed. Then got new itinerary for a total of 975.00. I questioned the more than 400 increase, but was told that included fees. I stupidly fell for it. Then when was billed, got a charge of 675 from American Airlines plus 290.00 from foggyfly. Worst experience ever!

Skeptical I purchased a flight on Jet Blue for $107 last night. I was called this morning and told that the flight was unable to be confirmed because the rate increased. The increased rate was quoted as more than double when I was initially paying for. At that point I was told that the ticket I purchased was non refundable (even though I don’t have a ticket) and I needed to choose another flight. I was offered and eventually paid for a ticket on a carrier I do not like, traveling at a time of day I do not like AND now paying (separately) for the choice of a seat and the privilege of carrying on my small bag. The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because you were patient. And got me on a flight that I would NEVER have chosen paying a lot more than I initially chose. Do you are sales people.

My experience with Foggyfly was very… My experience with Foggyfly was very stressful and completely unexpected. I had to call to verify the my reservation and agent stated that my fly is on a stand by. Agent Eddy offered to upgrade the ticket to higher fair and pay $200 more. I had no choice and agreed for upgrades. Eddy was kind and helpful, send me final reservation after 48hrs. Please use the known airlines or Expedia to save yourself the stress and inconvenience with travel. At the end everything worked out for me. I got my tickets.

Absolutely ridiculous experience Absolutely ridiculous experience! I was mislead, manipulated and lied to about my original flight. And they wanted to DOUBLE my price. Called in the middle of the night to talk about the issue of my flight, they place you on hold, multiple times for ATLEAST 40 minutes. Impossible to get ahold of. I was able to get a refund on my flight because it was within 24 hour- to only be called back and told I was getting charged! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
