USSkeptical I purchased a flight on Jet Blue for $107 last night. I was called this morning and told that the flight was unable to be confirmed because the rate increased. The increased rate was quoted as more than double when I was initially paying for. At that point I was told that the ticket I purchased was non refundable (even though I don’t have a ticket) and I needed to choose another flight. I was offered and eventually paid for a ticket on a carrier I do not like, traveling at a time of day I do not like AND now paying (separately) for the choice of a seat and the privilege of carrying on my small bag. The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because you were patient. And got me on a flight that I would NEVER have chosen paying a lot more than I initially chose. Do you are sales people.
