GBFoggyFly.com BEWARE before purchasing... Foggyfly may have best online price deals But BEWARE. Do not purchase as it may not include baggage allowance which James, the customer rep, was trying to sell me an upgrade package for an outrageous amount. Told was nonrefundable when I told him I found cheaper priced ticket with baggage allowance and wanted to purchase that instead. Refused price match to other search engine - only to same airlines as booked ticket. So, I searched online for direct price onto another airline's website and received a very good deal that included baggage allowance for only less than $200 more than the best deal price found on foggyfly and $100 cheaper than previous search. Called customer service again and received customer service rep, Zara. Zara was a dream. She made me whole again and booked me on another airlines offering cheaper price than previous quote from James & cancelled my previous itinerary on Foggly.com. Zara did not only book it at a cheaper rate but ensure baggage allowance was included for no additional fees. Zara was awesome! Because of her I was able to save hundreds of dollars for a very last minute flight.

GBA stressful and bad travel booking episode. I will strongly advise anyone booking any flight anywhere, please keep away from Foggyfly. They are notorious and I never faced a travel agency as bad as them. Their advertisement are false and you will loose your entire money or be forced to pay substanntially more. My experience was very stressful and I was given a choice of loosing the entire money or pay more. I shall never deal with this company and hope you are not trapped like me

GBSkeptical I purchased a flight on Jet Blue for $107 last night. I was called this morning and told that the flight was unable to be confirmed because the rate increased. The increased rate was quoted as more than double when I was initially paying for. At that point I was told that the ticket I purchased was non refundable (even though I don’t have a ticket) and I needed to choose another flight. I was offered and eventually paid for a ticket on a carrier I do not like, traveling at a time of day I do not like AND now paying (separately) for the choice of a seat and the privilege of carrying on my small bag. The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because you were patient. And got me on a flight that I would NEVER have chosen paying a lot more than I initially chose. Do you are sales people.

GBA terrible company This is a terrible company and I had a terrible experience. The ticket prices on their website are fake. When I confirmed the ticket information, they said the ticket I booked was no longer available and offered me another flight that required two transfers and cost $400 more. Then, they threatened me not to cancel the ticket. For now, they haven't charged my credit card yet. I had to suspend my credit card service. Hope this helps.
