GBAmazing trip to Peru! Our family just returned from a fantastic 2 week vacation in Peru - we went to Machu Picchu (hiked inca trail), Cusco and Lake Titicaca. Andrew & Lost World Adventures created a seamless trip for us - with all the details covered we were able to truly enjoy our vacation and not stress at all about how to get to the various destinations. We had great tour guides that really enriched our experience. It was also great to pay upfront and then not hassle with money & exchange rates for all the activities. First rate all the way!!

GBIt was a good trip It took a lot of time to plan a trip, checking on different web sites about places we wanted to see and how to get there. Andrew was helpful and professional. Tour guides were good. Big vans for transport 3 people were not necessary, but it is South America. Outstanding was Iguazu part and Buenos Aires Tango shows and hotel. One of the problems was inability to use ATM in Brazil because of 20 days strike before we came. Another problem was our final departure problem in Buenos Aires airport, which has no ability to reroute passengers. Their ticket office is in the city! All together "mission was accomplished". Sincerely, Yuly

BREverything was great, except the checkin. I really liked Everything Mr. Andrew did for me and my wife. The Tierra Atacama was wonderful, the tours and guides were perfect. Special attention to two guides, Felipe and Carolina, they were perfect end different from the others. I had a Very bad experience with the flight from Calama do Santiago, it really bored me. I Know it probably were caused by Latam, but that was the worst part of my trip.

GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOST WORLD ADVENTURES! I reached out to Responsible Travel through their website to inquire about a combined Machu Picchu/Galapagos trip. They responded on 2/26/19 saying they were a UK company and had turned over my request for information to Lost World who handles their Machu Picchu/Galapagos vacations. The same day I received an email from Garrett at Lost World and the next day a follow up phone call to discuss our desired vacation. He was to follow up with more detailed information. 2 weeks passed and I hadn't heard back from Lost World, so I emailed Garrett. Another week goes by so I called and left a message. The next day I receive an email apologizing for his delay in responding and promising to have something to me by the following day. 3 more days go by, still nothing! So, on 3/22 I send an email to Rosy at Responsible Travel. In their initial email contact on 2/26 they promise to get back within a week to follow up. 4 weeks had passed and still haven't heard from either company. Today is 3/28 and still haven't heard from either company. Moral to this story: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOST WORLD ADVENTURES and if somehow you get hooked up with Responsible Travel WALK AWAY! Don't waste your time. If this is the type of service these two companies provide when trying to book a vacation, what's going to happened when you're on vacation? I shudder at the thought.

GBOur trip was great! Our trip was great! Your company did a great job coordinating all the details of a multicity adventure. The tour guides and drivers in Chile and Argentina were very knowledgeable and courteous. We felt like we were given a full tour of every city we visited. We just need more time in the future to explore deeper. Accommodations, wine tours and meals were great! The only issue we had was that we were promised some recipes from the Dakshu vegetarian cooking class, but never received anything. When I emailed the Buenos Aires company, Lihue(?) Expeditions, they never replied. If there's anything you can do to help, that be great! Cheers, Mark & Melissa
