Amazing Amazing! Antarctica 21 tour on Hebridian Sky surpassed our expectations. Ship was beautifully designed. Room comfy. Food was out of this world in variety, taste and servings. Staff on the ship were professional and helpful. Expedition crew took us on trips even they had not experienced. The only reason for the 4 star rating was the disembarkation process. The process was not discussed and we were left to locate our luggage under tarps on the dock in the rain. We then had to walk with our luggage on uneven pavement about 2 miles in the cold rain to locate our own taxi.

Overall it was great! Overall it was great!! The hotels, flights and most of the guides were wonderful. One driver/guide that picked us up at Manaus airport was not at the level of all the others. There was a discrepancy on the itinerary for the Hydrofoil BA to Montevideo where it said we had first class tickets but the actual tickets were not??? We did not like how we had to get up very early for flights but then on arrival to the destination hotel we had to wait to check-in. Why so early to wait to check in? Other than that for a 30 day vacay, it was fantastic!! Thanks Garrett, you did a wonderful job!!!

Andrew stole our money ($22,000) that… Andrew stole our money ($22,000) that we paid for a luxury Ecuador / Peru vacation. He also stole $8,000 from our friend that was meeting us in South America. He first took our calls in 2020-2021, then disconnected all numbers. We went to the credit card company, and were unable to get a refund. He is a scammer. Beware! The trip was in April 2020, but I finished with the credit card company in May 2022.

First Class all the way! Andrew and his team set us up with the most amazing trip to Belize. We stayed in both the ecolodge at Chaa Creek and the beautiful beach front Victoria House. Both properties were amazing.... the service, food, drinks, accommodations and staff were first class all the way. From Mayan Ruins, to Howler monkeys, to caving experiences, to snorkeling the trip could not have better! We will be using Lost World Adventures for our next Central American trip!

Chachapoyas Chachapoyas The guide (Julio) was very competent and knowledgeable. The high altitudes were a bit of a challenge for our lungs, but Julio was very patient and allowed for frequent stops. Both drivers (the one on our first day) and (the one that took us around during the rest of the trip) were very good and cautious enough to make us feel comfortable. Our stay at the Gocta Lodge was great (the only suggestion I would make would be an earlier time for dinner, 8:30 pm seems a bit late with a big hike planned for the next day). My wife and I appreciated the close contact with the owner. Our stay at Casa Dona Lola was fine and the owners were very approachable and pleasant. The hotel in Chachapoyas is a different story. There was a lot of noisy street traffic noise outside our room and the windows/door did nothing to keep it out. The curtains on the window were not dark enough to block light from the street lamps. (The only way I could get some sleep was by resorting to earplugs and eye cover.) Last but not least the sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. My overall assessment is that the trip was very well organized. Improvements should be made (choice of another hotel?) to take care of the issues I raised regarding the accommodation at Chachapoyas.
