This site should not be allowed to do… This site should not be allowed to do business in any of the USA 50+ states. It is a total scam and Attonery Generals should get involved and safe customers from their deceitful teaser prices. They can’t guarantee the ticket/price customer buy on their website and takes more than 12hrs to verify credit card info. Really? When customers demands they void unavailable ticket (by the way not yet issued) they threaten with charging customer cancellation fee for a ticket that was never issued. Online business should be regulated like any brick and mortal business to operate in any state. Very disappointed! I give one star for having a website.

Great trip! I booked a round trip flight from New York to Houston on lookbookflights I had never heard or used this company before but it was recommended by one of my friends. I spoke with Elisa and she was really nice, helpful, efficient and did the best she could for me even to choose my seat assignment. I also took out the travel insurance. SHe stayed on the phone with me until I received my e-tickets and made sure that everything was correct. I really appreciate her .i will recommend this company to everyone will use LOOKBOOKFLIGHTS again !

WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR FLIGHT DUE TO COVID LAST YEAR AND THEY SAID WE COULD RESCHEDULE FOR THIS YEAR BUT THEY TRIED TO DOUBLE THE COST. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND ITS BEEN 2+ MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. THEY EITHER GIVE A EXCUSE OR THE LINE IS BUSY WHEN YOU CALL. I WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY IS SHUT DOWN! I ALREADY FORWARDED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBC, I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT, SUE, THE PREVIOUS PERSON MENTIONED SENDING A COMPLAINT TO AN ATTORNEY GENERAL WHICH SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
