Criminal like behavior They act like criminals they’re a total rip off they charged me $700 as a cost to book my flight I didn’t realize it until I check my credit card do not buy from them do not use them they are frauds. I wish I could give them zero stars because they are rip off I am so angry I don’t know what to do. Their behavior is like long sharks please don’t buy from them.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the most part pleased with my… I am in the most part pleased with my experience as I did get a great deal, I was given seats & confirmation in just about a 24 hours after completed purchase. Down part is that when they called me the first time to confirm before billing my card, they tried to raise the price to about $177.00 more. After I told them to cancel it, then they left the price at the original dollar amount. Bottom line, its a legit website, just make sure you pay what originally shown.

Last year I contacted lookbook to… Last year I contacted lookbook to cancel the flights due to COVID. They cancelled it and gave me a credit. I tried to call them to reschedule our flight but to now avail. The phone line is always busy. “Mike” contacted me originally but has not responded to any emails. I paid almost $5k and have been unable to get my money or even in contact with them.

The agent become well mannered The agent become well mannered, patient, and really professional. He defined every aspect and helped me plenty. I admire him! May God bless him and his family.
