GBTEAM WORK.... Early in February I made reservations to Ohio for June 2, returning June 12. In May I called to have a change, as a wedding was cancelled. I asked return on June 7, Flt 1591, I ok'd the change and awaited my flight confirmation. I went on a Cruise April 30 until May 16, upon return looked for my confirmation. I did not receive, so called and talked to Darren X431, and he assured me he would handle promptly. Well, within 30 minutes 'Darren' called me and told me 'Victor' had sent me the new June 7th Return Flight Confirmation. Wow, such a great Duo, as they worked together to resolve my problem, and answered and emailed confirmation to me....THANKS DARREN AND VICTOR.....> Marlene Bolyard

GBService was great Service was great. Samuel helped me out a lot with helping me understand why i didn't recieve the email with my booking information. He also helped me out very much with the process of booking and unsterstanding the charges of the payment for my flight bookings.

AUDo Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!

GBVery helpful and Knowledgeable Victor was awesome in helping me resolve my ticket issues. He was very quick, polite and seemed very knowledgable about the services he was providing John was truly good too. He has good customer services and was very helping in resolving my ticket issues

GBDO NOT USE DO NOT USE! I was taking my grandmom home to Atlanta. Her ticket was fine however I was booked for a different day. I had to pay for a flight at the airport which cost me $375 round trip. They admitted the mistake however they were only willing to credit me for the flight. They weren't even crediting me for the service charge or for the extra money I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. What a rip off. This is the first time I've ever left a horrible review which goes to show just how negative the experience I had. I've had bad experiences using third parties before but they always rectified THEIR mistakes.
