I had a difficult booking for nine… I had a difficult booking for nine passengers who MUST travel together, including one passenger who wasn't yet born at the time I made the reservations. Duke Nelson helped me through the process and provided a way for me to follow up and add the baby once he was born. Instructions were clear, and he was always accessible. I hope and pray the trip goes well.

Shady business practices Shady business practices. My father-in-law assumed he was doing business with American Airlines. The flight was booked, however the company pocketed the funds meant for a first class ticket and booked an economy ticket instead. Additionally, the address listed on the companies About Us page are residential. The New York address is an apartment building. The Pembroke Pines address is a home. I’m going to assume the phone numbers listed are Google numbers. Either way, now that this company has come to my attention, I’ll be investigating further.

Do Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!

I have been so well cared for. I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services
