Freddy was knowledgeable and professional and helped me to accomplish my goals, specifically to book a flight but also to determine how much a couple of old gift cards were worth. Watch outbooking dupe! Watch out, they will intervene on your reservation, you will think you are reservinving with the vendor and it will be the third party, avoid them at all costs, you have no rights! Beware!
