GBA most helpful agent. Trying to book a flight online was terribly frustrating, so I called. Freddy was knowledgeable and professional and helped me to accomplish my goals, specifically to book a flight but also to determine how much a couple of old gift cards were worth. The whole experience was comfortable and went smoothly. So many conversations with people representing businesses are a disaster. This contact was the best I have encountered, and I'm 82 years old.

AUDo Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!

GBDO NOT USE DO NOT USE! I was taking my grandmom home to Atlanta. Her ticket was fine however I was booked for a different day. I had to pay for a flight at the airport which cost me $375 round trip. They admitted the mistake however they were only willing to credit me for the flight. They weren't even crediting me for the service charge or for the extra money I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. What a rip off. This is the first time I've ever left a horrible review which goes to show just how negative the experience I had. I've had bad experiences using third parties before but they always rectified THEIR mistakes.

GBHuge scam Huge scam! When searching the web for a particular hotel, like Hilton, the hotel's logo appears on their website. You think that you are contacting the hotel that you searched for, but you are not. They are a third party that operates under the guise of being associated with the hotel. They told me they handle overflow calls for the hotel, not true. In addition to the cost for the hotel, they assess a $16 "service " fee without advising you. Talk directly with the hotel, save time and money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady to say the least!
