GBTEAM WORK.... Early in February I made reservations to Ohio for June 2, returning June 12. In May I called to have a change, as a wedding was cancelled. I asked return on June 7, Flt 1591, I ok'd the change and awaited my flight confirmation. I went on a Cruise April 30 until May 16, upon return looked for my confirmation. I did not receive, so called and talked to Darren X431, and he assured me he would handle promptly. Well, within 30 minutes 'Darren' called me and told me 'Victor' had sent me the new June 7th Return Flight Confirmation. Wow, such a great Duo, as they worked together to resolve my problem, and answered and emailed confirmation to me....THANKS DARREN AND VICTOR.....> Marlene Bolyard

GBThey are Thieves don't use these crooks Total rip off said hotel was 114 after tax and double fees cost me 180 and didn't even get the total until I was tricked into paying for it . There. Fees where more than 50% of the room cost that's absurd. Total scam job could have used hotels com same base price but only $14 in tax a ddeeence of $64 . Total thieves,!!! Everywhere is better done use these crooks

GBTotal SCAM - DO NOT USE This website and "support" is a total scam! I would give them negative stars if I could. As other negative reviewers have noted they try to portray themselves as working for various legitimate companies (in my case IHG hotels). Their websites, phone numbers, etc. are designed to make you think that you are dealing directly with a company BUT you are NOT. This is an agregator site and they charge OUTRAGEOUS fees and have awful cancelation policies. They NEVER answer their customer service line either, despite the machine telling you that the wait time is 2 mins. Also Trustpilot, do better. Read the "good" reviews on here, maybe a handful seem legitimate but "John is good service" is not a legitmate review.

GBI had a difficult booking for nine… I had a difficult booking for nine passengers who MUST travel together, including one passenger who wasn't yet born at the time I made the reservations. Duke Nelson helped me through the process and provided a way for me to follow up and add the baby once he was born. Instructions were clear, and he was always accessible. I hope and pray the trip goes well.

GBI have been so well cared for. I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services
