Service was great Service was great. Samuel helped me out a lot with helping me understand why i didn't recieve the email with my booking information. He also helped me out very much with the process of booking and unsterstanding the charges of the payment for my flight bookings.

Shady business practices Shady business practices. My father-in-law assumed he was doing business with American Airlines. The flight was booked, however the company pocketed the funds meant for a first class ticket and booked an economy ticket instead. Additionally, the address listed on the companies About Us page are residential. The New York address is an apartment building. The Pembroke Pines address is a home. I’m going to assume the phone numbers listed are Google numbers. Either way, now that this company has come to my attention, I’ll be investigating further.

They are Thieves don't use these crooks Total rip off said hotel was 114 after tax and double fees cost me 180 and didn't even get the total until I was tricked into paying for it . There. Fees where more than 50% of the room cost that's absurd. Total scam job could have used hotels com same base price but only $14 in tax a ddeeence of $64 . Total thieves,!!! Watch outbooking dupe! Watch out, they will intervene on your reservation, you will think you are reservinving with the vendor and it will be the third party, avoid them at all costs, you have no rights! Beware!

I have been so well cared for. I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services
