Huge scam Huge scam! When searching the web for a particular hotel, like Hilton, the hotel's logo appears on their website. You think that you are contacting the hotel that you searched for, but you are not. They are a third party that operates under the guise of being associated with the hotel. They told me they handle overflow calls for the hotel, not true. In addition to the cost for the hotel, they assess a $16 "service " fee without advising you. Talk directly with the hotel, save time and money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady to say the least!

I proceeded to check my credit card and I observed that by magic jet blue. I cancel my air tickets without any reason after having paid them and having my confirmation number a serious mistake visiting JetBlue scam cancel after confirmation but we have heroes like Edd Grump who they solved my problems thanks to that team I will continue traveling with them a thousand blessings

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE! I booked a Sydney Australia hotel for 2 nights not realising the amount was in US dollars. Not only that they charged a heap more for the 2nd night plus other taxes totaling A$170 and finally deducting A$722 from my account for a very ordinary hotel. They aren’t contactable on the given phone number and the email I sent them “couldn’t be delivered”. They are a TOTAL SCAM so beware!!!

I had a difficult booking for nine… I had a difficult booking for nine passengers who MUST travel together, including one passenger who wasn't yet born at the time I made the reservations. Duke Nelson helped me through the process and provided a way for me to follow up and add the baby once he was born. Instructions were clear, and he was always accessible.
