Total SCAM - DO NOT USE This website and "support" is a total scam! I would give them negative stars if I could. As other negative reviewers have noted they try to portray themselves as working for various legitimate companies (in my case IHG hotels). Their websites, phone numbers, etc. are designed to make you think that you are dealing directly with a company BUT you are NOT. This is an agregator site and they charge OUTRAGEOUS fees and have awful cancelation policies. They NEVER answer their customer service line either, despite the machine telling you that the wait time is 2 mins. Also Trustpilot, do better. Read the "good" reviews on here, maybe a handful seem legitimate but "John is good service" is not a legitmate review.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE! I booked a Sydney Australia hotel for 2 nights not realising the amount was in US dollars. Not only that they charged a heap more for the 2nd night plus other taxes totaling A$170 and finally deducting A$722 from my account for a very ordinary hotel. They aren’t contactable on the given phone number and the email I sent them “couldn’t be delivered”. They are a TOTAL SCAM so beware!!!

Shady business practices Shady business practices. My father-in-law assumed he was doing business with American Airlines. The flight was booked, however the company pocketed the funds meant for a first class ticket and booked an economy ticket instead. Additionally, the address listed on the companies About Us page are residential. The New York address is an apartment building. The Pembroke Pines address is a home. I’m going to assume the phone numbers listed are Google numbers. Either way, now that this company has come to my attention, I’ll be investigating further.

Service was great Service was great. Samuel helped me out a lot with helping me understand why i didn't recieve the email with my booking information. He also helped me out very much with the process of booking and unsterstanding the charges of the payment for my flight bookings.

I have been so well cared for. I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services
