Stolen information from Reservation Centre LLC I canceled a flight in early December 2023 and was provided a flight credit. The next day someone used "MY" trip credit to book themselves a free trip!!! This company is careless and my information was stolen!!! When questioned about this "Reservation Centre LLC" had this response: "contact American Airlines" The airline has since refused to refund my credit. Would highly recommend using another company for your travel!!!!

I had a difficult booking for nine… I had a difficult booking for nine passengers who MUST travel together, including one passenger who wasn't yet born at the time I made the reservations. Duke Nelson helped me through the process and provided a way for me to follow up and add the baby once he was born. Instructions were clear, and he was always accessible. I hope and pray the trip goes well.

Shady business practices Shady business practices. My father-in-law assumed he was doing business with American Airlines. The flight was booked, however the company pocketed the funds meant for a first class ticket and booked an economy ticket instead. Additionally, the address listed on the companies About Us page are residential. The New York address is an apartment building. The Pembroke Pines address is a home. I’m going to assume the phone numbers listed are Google numbers. Either way, now that this company has come to my attention, I’ll be investigating further.

Do Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!
