Stolen information from Reservation Centre LLC I canceled a flight in early December 2023 and was provided a flight credit. The next day someone used "MY" trip credit to book themselves a free trip!!! This company is careless and my information was stolen!!! When questioned about this "Reservation Centre LLC" had this response: "contact American Airlines" The airline has since refused to refund my credit. Would highly recommend using another company for your travel!!!!

Do Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!
