They are Thieves don't use these crooks Total rip off said hotel was 114 after tax and double fees cost me 180 and didn't even get the total until I was tricked into paying for it . There. Fees where more than 50% of the room cost that's absurd. Total scam job could have used hotels com same base price but only $14 in tax a ddeeence of $64 . Total thieves,!!! Huge scam Huge scam! When searching the web for a particular hotel, like Hilton, the hotel's logo appears on their website. You think that you are contacting the hotel that you searched for, but you are not. They are a third party that operates under the guise of being associated with the hotel. They told me they handle overflow calls for the hotel, not true. In addition to the cost for the hotel, they assess a $16 "service " fee without advising you. Talk directly with the hotel, save time and money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady to say the least!

A most helpful agent. Trying to book a flight online was terribly frustrating, so I called. Freddy was knowledgeable and professional and helped me to accomplish my goals, specifically to book a flight but also to determine how much a couple of old gift cards were worth. The whole experience was comfortable and went smoothly. So many conversations with people representing businesses are a disaster. This contact was the best I have encountered, and I'm 82 years old.

Stolen information from Reservation Centre LLC I canceled a flight in early December 2023 and was provided a flight credit. The next day someone used "MY" trip credit to book themselves a free trip!!! This company is careless and my information was stolen!!! When questioned about this "Reservation Centre LLC" had this response: "contact American Airlines" The airline has since refused to refund my credit. Would highly recommend using another company for your travel!!!!
