BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE! I booked a Sydney Australia hotel for 2 nights not realising the amount was in US dollars. Not only that they charged a heap more for the 2nd night plus other taxes totaling A$170 and finally deducting A$722 from my account for a very ordinary hotel. They aren’t contactable on the given phone number and the email I sent them “couldn’t be delivered”. They are a TOTAL SCAM so beware!!!

Huge scam Huge scam! When searching the web for a particular hotel, like Hilton, the hotel's logo appears on their website. You think that you are contacting the hotel that you searched for, but you are not. They are a third party that operates under the guise of being associated with the hotel. They told me they handle overflow calls for the hotel, not true. In addition to the cost for the hotel, they assess a $16 "service " fee without advising you. Talk directly with the hotel, save time and money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady to say the least!

Do Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!

A most helpful agent. Trying to book a flight online was terribly frustrating, so I called. Freddy was knowledgeable and professional and helped me to accomplish my goals, specifically to book a flight but also to determine how much a couple of old gift cards were worth.
