Total SCAM - DO NOT USE This website and "support" is a total scam! I would give them negative stars if I could. As other negative reviewers have noted they try to portray themselves as working for various legitimate companies (in my case IHG hotels). Their websites, phone numbers, etc. are designed to make you think that you are dealing directly with a company BUT you are NOT. This is an agregator site and they charge OUTRAGEOUS fees and have awful cancelation policies. They NEVER answer their customer service line either, despite the machine telling you that the wait time is 2 mins. Also Trustpilot, do better. Read the "good" reviews on here, maybe a handful seem legitimate but "John is good service" is not a legitmate review.

Watch outbooking dupe! Watch out, they will intervene on your reservation, you will think you are reservinving with the vendor and it will be the third party, avoid them at all costs, you have no rights! Beware!

Do Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!

Stolen information from Reservation Centre LLC I canceled a flight in early December 2023 and was provided a flight credit. The next day someone used "MY" trip credit to book themselves a free trip!!! This company is careless and my information was stolen!!! When questioned about this "Reservation Centre LLC" had this response: "contact American Airlines" The airline has since refused to refund my credit. Would highly recommend using another company for your travel!!!!
