Do Not Use This Site! Do not use this site!! Be aware. They advertise discount prices. They are not discounted. I found a room for $125 dollars on this site. I booked it. $270 was deducted from my account. I could have walked into the hotel and got the room for $200. I rang them directly to fix the problem or cancel. They would not fix or cancel. Do Not Use this site!

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE! I was taking my grandmom home to Atlanta. Her ticket was fine however I was booked for a different day. I had to pay for a flight at the airport which cost me $375 round trip. They admitted the mistake however they were only willing to credit me for the flight. They weren't even crediting me for the service charge or for the extra money I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. What a rip off. This is the first time I've ever left a horrible review which goes to show just how negative the experience I had. I've had bad experiences using third parties before but they always rectified THEIR mistakes.
