A most helpful agent. Trying to book a flight online was terribly frustrating, so I called. Freddy was knowledgeable and professional and helped me to accomplish my goals, specifically to book a flight but also to determine how much a couple of old gift cards were worth. The whole experience was comfortable and went smoothly. So many conversations with people representing businesses are a disaster. This contact was the best I have encountered, and I'm 82 years old.

Fees where more than 50% of the room cost that's absurd. Total scam job could have used hotels com same base price but only $14 in tax a ddeeence of $64 . Total thieves,!!! Shady business practices Shady business practices. My father-in-law assumed he was doing business with American Airlines. The flight was booked, however the company pocketed the funds meant for a first class ticket and booked an economy ticket instead. Additionally, the address listed on the companies About Us page are residential. The New York address is an apartment building. The Pembroke Pines address is a home. I’m going to assume the phone numbers listed are Google numbers. Either way, now that this company has come to my attention, I’ll be investigating further.
