Stolen information from Reservation Centre LLC I canceled a flight in early December 2023 and was provided a flight credit. The next day someone used "MY" trip credit to book themselves a free trip!!! This company is careless and my information was stolen!!! When questioned about this "Reservation Centre LLC" had this response: "contact American Airlines" The airline has since refused to refund my credit. Would highly recommend using another company for your travel!!!!

Sebastian is the bomb! He deserves a raise!!! I was helped by a man named Sebastian I believe and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I appreciate The way he went above and beyond to make me happy. I have been so well cared for. I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services

Service was great Service was great. Samuel helped me out a lot with helping me understand why i didn't recieve the email with my booking information. He also helped me out very much with the process of booking and unsterstanding the charges of the payment for my flight bookings.
