GBDO NOT USE DO NOT USE! I was taking my grandmom home to Atlanta. Her ticket was fine however I was booked for a different day. I had to pay for a flight at the airport which cost me $375 round trip. They admitted the mistake however they were only willing to credit me for the flight. They weren't even crediting me for the service charge or for the extra money I had to pay out of pocket for their mistake. I don't know how companies like this stay in business. What a rip off. This is the first time I've ever left a horrible review which goes to show just how negative the experience I had. I've had bad experiences using third parties before but they always rectified THEIR mistakes.

GBTEAM WORK.... Early in February I made reservations to Ohio for June 2, returning June 12. In May I called to have a change, as a wedding was cancelled. I asked return on June 7, Flt 1591, I ok'd the change and awaited my flight confirmation. I went on a Cruise April 30 until May 16, upon return looked for my confirmation. I did not receive, so called and talked to Darren X431, and he assured me he would handle promptly. Well, within 30 minutes 'Darren' called me and told me 'Victor' had sent me the new June 7th Return Flight Confirmation. Wow, such a great Duo, as they worked together to resolve my problem, and answered and emailed confirmation to me....THANKS DARREN AND VICTOR.....> Marlene Bolyard

GBI am very grateful to the reservation Edd grump number 1 😀 I am very grateful to the reservation center LLC service. I made a reservation on the jet blue website. a next day. I proceeded to check my credit card and I observed that by magic jet blue. I cancel my air tickets without any reason after having paid them and having my confirmation number a serious mistake visiting JetBlue scam cancel after confirmation but we have heroes like Edd Grump who they solved my problems thanks to that team I will continue traveling with them a thousand blessings

GBWatch outbooking dupe! Watch out, they will intervene on your reservation, you will think you are reservinving with the vendor and it will be the third party, avoid them at all costs, you have no rights! Beware!

GBSebastian is the bomb! He deserves a raise!!! I was helped by a man named Sebastian I believe and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I appreciate The way he went above and beyond to make me happy. He made me feel like he truly empathize with me and cared about my feelings and the issues I was having with my flight schedule you guys have a great man on your team I look forward to using your company again in the future mainly because of Sebastian
