SCAM SCAM! Terrible Company! They sell you cheap flight tickets on their website then AFTER you've paid they call and say those were promotional or restricted ticket that DO NOT ALLOW you to add a checked bag at the airport or even have a carryon or personal item! Then they quite you a much more expensive price FOR THE EXACT SAME TICKETS with the privilege or paying another fee at the airport to check a bag and these extra fancy exact same tickets do allow a carryon and a personal item... oooooohhhhhh! If you decline they inform you that the tickets you've already purchased are nonrefundable. Now they've got you! Either pay the extra cost or lose the money you've already paid!

Avoid them like leprosy which they will… Avoid them like leprosy which they will probably get as karma for criminally scamming folks. My wife thought she was getting a good deal and booked with them. Same script- call back from them to say airline declined the price necessitating upcharges followed by threats over the phone of us not geing able to get a better fare elsewhere. Immediately canceled the deal since no tickets were delivered. 5 months later we see fraudulent charges on the card provided. FRONTIER GDS fare/reservation 3rd party processing company needs to can these fraudulent morons from their platform ASAP

I was skeptical about booking with this… I was skeptical about booking with this company at first because of some reviews. The prices for my tickets were the best I had seen In 2 months of searching. I gave them a shot and thanks yo Scarlett Johnson she made it happen. I got better seats with carry-on she sent me my e-tickets before 24 hrs and I confirmed with Delta about our flight, payment, and confirmation. So don't always go by what you see but what you know. I will book again. Thank you so much for reassuring your service to me.

Scarlett Johnson asked me to review to… Scarlett Johnson asked me to review to get the coupon and confirm my flights. The price advertised was not what was not the told. We ended up paying close to double or having to paying a $220 usd cancellation fee for a flight we never confirmed. The company could be more transparent but the customer service was nice people.

A really happy traveler. I really appreciated the way Andrew… I really appreciated the way Andrew Watson helped us with the boarding passes specially the day before we had so many things in our heads we truly appreciated the personal attention and one less thing to worry about. We had never experienced such a service. Thanks again.
