GBScamy travel agent We tried to save money by booking through excel fares, what a mistake. They quoted us one price and charge us another. When I called Joseph said, we cannot do a refund “bc that’s not the way our system is set up” and he would give me a voucher for the difference. I said no, so now we’ve been going back and forth for the past 4 weeks around a refund. So scammy… beware
