GBThese people are straight up SCAMMERS These people are straight up SCAMMERS. They confirmed our flight was booked via email months ago and we realized today they never actually booked it. They tried to blame us and say they called to notify (no voicemail or email). The Indian guy on the phone said his name was "Joe Fernandez" and refused to let us speak to his supervisor. We are out hundreds of dollars and now have to rebook our flights last minute. SHAME ON KAYAK.COM FOR LINKING THIS SCAM WEBSITE WITH SUGGESTED AIR FARES.

GBNot What is Cracked Up to Be! The good reviews written on this site are fake and have been placed by Excelfares. This company registered its website in September of 2022, a bad sign. I was considering booking a flight with an excellent fare of $307 but when I called their number and talked to a representative, the best fare they could give me was $728 and that was with a $30 off coupon for 1st time customer. Based on the bad reviews, this is definitely a scam. Go with the tried and true services, like Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz or go directly through the airlines. These people will only cause you trouble.
