Asked him for help rescheduling a flight and he was trying to charge me $400 MORE for EACH TICKET, saying "we can't do anything about the additional charges, that's all on the airline"... So I went through the airline and showed him a screenshot that he was grossly overcharging me and then he changed his tune and said "oh, its easier if you want to book through the website, just give them your voucher number" and indeed they did not charge me anything extra for the tickets. THIEF!!!!

Not What is Cracked Up to Be! The good reviews written on this site are fake and have been placed by Excelfares. This company registered its website in September of 2022, a bad sign. I was considering booking a flight with an excellent fare of $307 but when I called their number and talked to a representative, the best fare they could give me was $728 and that was with a $30 off coupon for 1st time customer. Based on the bad reviews, this is definitely a scam. Go with the tried and true services, like Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz or go directly through the airlines. These people will only cause you trouble.

Scamy travel agent We tried to save money by booking through excel fares, what a mistake. They quoted us one price and charge us another. When I called Joseph said, we cannot do a refund “bc that’s not the way our system is set up” and he would give me a voucher for the difference. I said no, so now we’ve been going back and forth for the past 4 weeks around a refund. So scammy… beware
