They tried to blame us and say they called to notify (no voicemail or email). The Indian guy on the phone said his name was "Joe Fernandez" and refused to let us speak to his supervisor. We are out hundreds of dollars and now have to rebook our flights last minute. SHAME ON KAYAK.COM FOR LINKING THIS SCAM WEBSITE WITH SUGGESTED AIR FARES.

Scamy travel agent We tried to save money by booking through excel fares, what a mistake. They quoted us one price and charge us another. When I called Joseph said, we cannot do a refund “bc that’s not the way our system is set up” and he would give me a voucher for the difference. I said no, so now we’ve been going back and forth for the past 4 weeks around a refund. So scammy… beware
