complete fraud complete fraud . they take all your financial information when you book what appears to be a great deal then they immediately call you to try to get you to up your price more than quadruple and when you push back they become vulgar and even threatened my family.

Scamy travel agent We tried to save money by booking through excel fares, what a mistake. They quoted us one price and charge us another. When I called Joseph said, we cannot do a refund “bc that’s not the way our system is set up” and he would give me a voucher for the difference. I said no, so now we’ve been going back and forth for the past 4 weeks around a refund. So scammy… beware
