Waiting for a refund of funds that United Airlines sent to them, expecting them to forward the money to us. Here is the email that we have sent to American World WideTravel, which is, apparently, the parent of eSky: We have been trying, for some time, to resolve an issue with eSky regarding two United Airlines tickets that were booked thru eSky, and were subsequently cancelled. All of our efforts to work this out thru your call center have been unsuccessful. We are hopeful that this approach will work. To be clear, we are not seeking a refund of the fees that eSky charged us for making these reservations. We have never tried to dispute those charges. However, we understand that United Airlines has sent, to you, the funds that were to pay for the air fare, expecting you to refund them to us. These funds are owed to us, and we are asking you to send them to us, immediately. The details: The tickets were reserved for Tom E Bomer Ticket #01623584326965 Confirmation #J5WE42 Ticket #01623584518312 Confirmation #K2LXS4 The fee for the air travel, on each ticket, was $373.60. Do not use this company Do not use this company! The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Their whole operation is a scam to make you pay more money.

This is the worst airline ticket… This is the worst airline ticket company ever. First, they lie about the prices. And secondly, they behave very unprofessionally with customers. My story is as follows. I am buying a round trip ticket for my minor son from Orlando to Sofia with one stop at Heathrow. The ticket costs $1,070 with checked baggage one-way. When I try to pay for it, the system tells me that the price has been changed and has become more expensive by almost $400. I tried again after a few days. The price on their website was again $1070 and again they asked me $400 more. These are prices without the additional fees they charge. I paid it with that 400$ plus tickets it was 1518$. Everything is supposed to be fine, we have a round-trip ticket and after 3-4 days they write to me that the flight from Orlando to Sofia was no longer in their system (this is the flight whose price includes checked baggage) and offer me another one at the same price which however there is no luggage included and also my son has to get off at one airport to collect all his luggage and go to another to check it in again. I check in their system and the flight I paid for is there. I check with the airlines and they have as many seats as you want. But esky keeps telling me that it is not there. Then they made a technical mistake and kept trying to push me for much more expensive flights. In the end, they canceled my outbound flight without my permission, and for the return flight they said it was already booked and they couldn't do anything. Can you imagine they took my money for a return flight and they don't care how we get there. I will contact all possible institutions to get retribution and to prevent other people like me from suffering.

Terrible service,they never added the… Terrible service,they never added the service charge until I pressed the pay button,got the receipt and they’d added a £40 service charge,couldn’t cancel flight because Ryan Air don’t do cancellations! DONT USE ESKY! Just trickery I could have got the same flight on Ryanair website £40 cheaper! After receiving your reply I stick by my views given above Skyscanner give the exact same service as you but don’t charge exorbitant fees that are NOT VISIBLE before booking.If you don’t like my reply then tough you shouldn’t rip customers off!
