Last minute travel decision This was kind of a last minute type of travel situation and eSky Travel had an incredible price that I took a chance on. This was the first I knew of this company. They communicated very well with me and after translating the email from Polish to English it was very good information. All of my flights happened without a hitch. I will certainly do business with eSky in the future.

I used esky for my husband's travel to… I used esky for my husband's travel to Spain just last week. After reading the comments and reviews from people, I became scared as I had paid £209 for this 😅. But everything went smoothly, no hassles, tickets were sent to my hubby after 48hrs of booking and the journey was smooth.

DONT USE ESKY. THERE SERVICE CHARGES ARE ASTRONOMICAL! I thought I was booking a flight on Avello airlines for $373.32. Somehow I got stuck on East sky unknowingly and didn’t realize and they booked my flight for me and actually charged me $99.40 to book my flight, I tried calling and got numbers that weren’t working. I finally got through somebody and they told me that’s what they charge $100 over your ticket price. Don’t use this. Make sure you go directly to the airline. This is absolute nonsense. $100 for a service fee, they oughta be shut down! Angry! Btw. I was transferred to a supervisor and was hung up on!

This is the worst airline ticket… This is the worst airline ticket company ever. First, they lie about the prices. And secondly, they behave very unprofessionally with customers. My story is as follows. I am buying a round trip ticket for my minor son from Orlando to Sofia with one stop at Heathrow. The ticket costs $1,070 with checked baggage one-way. When I try to pay for it, the system tells me that the price has been changed and has become more expensive by almost $400. I tried again after a few days. The price on their website was again $1070 and again they asked me $400 more. These are prices without the additional fees they charge. I paid it with that 400$ plus tickets it was 1518$. Everything is supposed to be fine, we have a round-trip ticket and after 3-4 days they write to me that the flight from Orlando to Sofia was no longer in their system (this is the flight whose price includes checked baggage) and offer me another one at the same price which however there is no luggage included and also my son has to get off at one airport to collect all his luggage and go to another to check it in again. I check in their system and the flight I paid for is there. I check with the airlines and they have as many seats as you want. But esky keeps telling me that it is not there. Then they made a technical mistake and kept trying to push me for much more expensive flights. In the end, they canceled my outbound flight without my permission, and for the return flight they said it was already booked and they couldn't do anything. Can you imagine they took my money for a return flight and they don't care how we get there. I will contact all possible institutions to get retribution and to prevent other people like me from suffering.

THIRD UPDATE/4TH POST THIRD UPDATE/4TH POST Notice Margaret from Esky responds to my reviews. Trust me when I tell you they never contact me. This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted/shut down. Let me reiterate they booked my return flight, charged me, and the flight never existed. I had to schedule a one way flight that cost me close to $300 plus I got home 18 hours later. Esky could care less. They got their money.
