AUWhat a wonderful holiday! What a wonderful holiday we had, thanks to the folks at SouthAmerica.Travel. It was an interesting and exciting itinerary that was beyond our wildest dreams. All flights, transfers, guides, hotels went without a hitch. Finally, a big thank you to Clara Tort for all her hard work making the arrangements. She was always pleasant and very easy to deal with, despite the time difference in our locations.

TWSouth America and the Antarctica This is the first time we have contacted your company. The contact person (Mike Bonnett) can give us all the answers in detail and arrange a travel plan that meets our expectations. We are planning to participate in your company arrangement at 3.dec. .2020 17-day trip to South America and the Antarctica, looking forward to getting more assistance from your company in the future contact and start of travel.

USFast responses Fast responses, good itinerary suggestions, easy payment process. A bit pricey for a solo traveler but it will have been worth it if service continues to be as first class as it has been so far. Also, I assumed my contact person was in Seattle. She was, in fact, in Bogata. I was placing my calls late in day PDT when the shop in Bogata was already closed for the day. Once we got that straightened out, things went smoothly.

SGWe had a great travel through South… We had a great travel through South America Travel but we were disappointed with a few hotels throughout our trip in particular hotels in Igazu falls and Easter Island. Other than that we are happy with South America travel overall.

USGreat overall All of the accommodations were as expected and the transfers were seamless. All of the tour guides/drivers/handlers were also knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. I will recommend you guys to my friends and family! We all had a great time, and we appreciate your work! One thing that I think should be made available to future customers is a cost breakdown of each portion of the trip (like how much per person a given day tour costs, or how much a given transfer from A to B costs). This allows the travellers a reference point for how much to tip. The overall tour package price provides no points of reference. Inclement snowy weather at a border crossing between Chile and Bolivia was the only real hiccup. The emergency contact number provided by South America Travel was readily answered, however they did not provide any advice nor guidance as to how to address the weather delay. We ended up making our own decision to pass through a separate border crossing, with an additional cost of 375 USD.
