Easy and fast booking process, got voucher to my e-mail right after the reservation. Customer Support Team also helped us with obtaining the Driving Permit in advance and organized the delivery and collection of the bikes at our hotel. Totally disappointed Totally disappointed I rented two motorcycles for an upcoming trip to Italy. Chose this website because of the "free cancellation" policy as my trip was not 100% certain. When I found I had to cancel my trip and asked for the refund I was informed that they only refund the open amount. This is not correct as they ask for the full value of the rental up front! Will never use this service again. I cannot accept a company that wants to make money even when not providing anything. They took me €700 for no service!!! Re Bikes Booking.com Re Bikes Booking.com. A deposit of £229.79 was taken by the scooter hirer Alquiloscooter on August 16th 2019 the day the scooter was collected. The scooter was returned unmarked or undamaged to the hirer on August 19th 2019. On October 7th I finally received a credit of £223.19 from Alquiloscooter into my account some 7 weeks later. I have no idea why there is a difference of £6.60 but I am not prepared to argue this point.

Madeira We, as a couple, were renting on Madeira. The local agency has been very helpful, however, we originally were renting different bikes (brand) than locally available. It has been ok, finally, but we should have been informed about availability etc.
