All the vehicles were in perfect condition, it took us a bit longer to sign the contracts since we rented 5 quads, but overall experience was good. Re Bikes Booking.com Re Bikes Booking.com. A deposit of £229.79 was taken by the scooter hirer Alquiloscooter on August 16th 2019 the day the scooter was collected. The scooter was returned unmarked or undamaged to the hirer on August 19th 2019. On October 7th I finally received a credit of £223.19 from Alquiloscooter into my account some 7 weeks later. I have no idea why there is a difference of £6.60 but I am not prepared to argue this point.

SCAMMERS Just a portal, as they say. The bike was not delivered to the agreed hotel location. Took a taxi to the rental company and when returned. No GPS, No baggage box, which were supposed to be included in the rental. They ignored taking any responsibility for providing the wrong company. Ignoring messages and emails. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!! OR YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

Disappointed - 30+% overpriced, unreasonably formal approach. Disappointed. So convenient web site, but so overpriced and so unprofessional service. They gave me the price 30+% higher than renting directly from the owner. With paid drop-off/pick-up which turned out to be free when you book from the owner. Their support is only email-based and quite slow. The worst thing is - they refuse to refund the pre-payment excusing themselves with their formal policies and offering that I send the 'the voucher from local rental company' to get their 'price match guarantee' . Seriously? So you guys want me to book from the owner, send you the papers and then say "Mr Owner, thank you, please cancel because I booked just to get 'price match guarantee' from BikesBooking"? You're so funny :)))) Avoid booking through them, they just don't deserve it. Contact owner directly instead. My booking number is #E49D977C
