Disappointed - 30+% overpriced, unreasonably formal approach. Disappointed. So convenient web site, but so overpriced and so unprofessional service. They gave me the price 30+% higher than renting directly from the owner. With paid drop-off/pick-up which turned out to be free when you book from the owner. Their support is only email-based and quite slow. The worst thing is - they refuse to refund the pre-payment excusing themselves with their formal policies and offering that I send the 'the voucher from local rental company' to get their 'price match guarantee' . Seriously? So you guys want me to book from the owner, send you the papers and then say "Mr Owner, thank you, please cancel because I booked just to get 'price match guarantee' from BikesBooking"? You're so funny :)))) Avoid booking through them, they just don't deserve it. Contact owner directly instead. My booking number is #E49D977C

Rent desaster I reserved a scooter with 50ccm in Palma. When i arrived to „mister scooter“ with my reservation,he didnt know anything about,he didnt had one and try to gave me a 125ccm scooter which i cant drive. I contact bikes booking and ask them whats going on,they contact the company and the owner told them,i want to give the scooter to my 14years old son,who doesnt even have a driving license. Which was completely not true. Bikes booking was not helping me at all.and we lost two days,taxi rides to find a new scooter to rent,which was also double price. Never again with bikes booking

I arrived with my voucher and the… I arrived with my voucher and the company told me that they had rejected the request because they didn’t have a moped available, but bikesbooking didn’t tell me this. I was unable to find another because they were all sold out and I can’t even get in touch with bikesbooking to get my deposit back! EDIT: I did get my deposit back but it took over 2 weeks

Let down twice Originally booked a Vespa for our trip away months ago ony for it to be cancelled two weeks away from trip with the excuse that the scooter was "out of order for that period" So looked at their website and found a different Vespa to hire only so I booked it , 1 week later I get the same email with the same lame excuse . The correspondence recieved after was they had already informed me there was no Vespa to hire even though it was available on website .. Will never use them again and looking at the reviews I very much doubt I will get my deposits refunded
