AVOID BikesBooking.com AVOID BikesBooking.com. It is a scam. Booking reference: #95E0E698 and #260BB07A BikesBooking took deposits for two bikes. When I emailed them to confirm checked availability, they told me that the bikes were not available and promised a refund. One month later, I have still not received my money, or any communication, from them. I REPEAT: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BIKESBOOKING.COM

I was unable to find another because they were all sold out and I can’t even get in touch with bikesbooking to get my deposit back! EDIT: I did get my deposit back but it took over 2 weeks

Let down twice Originally booked a Vespa for our trip away months ago ony for it to be cancelled two weeks away from trip with the excuse that the scooter was "out of order for that period" So looked at their website and found a different Vespa to hire only so I booked it , 1 week later I get the same email with the same lame excuse . The correspondence recieved after was they had already informed me there was no Vespa to hire even though it was available on website .. Will never use them again and looking at the reviews I very much doubt I will get my deposits refunded
