I was unable to find another because they were all sold out and I can’t even get in touch with bikesbooking to get my deposit back! EDIT: I did get my deposit back but it took over 2 weeks

Totally disappointed Totally disappointed I rented two motorcycles for an upcoming trip to Italy. Chose this website because of the "free cancellation" policy as my trip was not 100% certain. When I found I had to cancel my trip and asked for the refund I was informed that they only refund the open amount. This is not correct as they ask for the full value of the rental up front! Will never use this service again. I cannot accept a company that wants to make money even when not providing anything. They took me €700 for no service!!! A booked a 100cc motorbike A booked a 100cc motorbike, just to find out I could not drive it with B license. Although Cancel within 24hr refused to refund the booking fee. Awful experience. No support at all! Never use bikebooking.com again! Stay away from this agency!

Fantastic! Fantastic!! Highly recommend. Scooter was wonderful and in great working order. Shop owners were wonderfully pleasant and very helpful. They were also very fair and accommodating when I requested an extra day due to a flight cancellation. I will always rent with these folks !! Rent with confidence and peace of mind. 👍👍👍
