GBDidn’t get my call Back that was promised. She got us a good room and told me she would call me on the following Monday. It’s been a week from that and still nothing!!!!! My friend who cruises frequently told me she should have helped me get my luggage tags and all that. Now I’m in a panic. We leave out of town tomorrow. Now I’ll have to drive 30 miles in to town to get all this done unless the help line helps me. Funny how when you call to book they pick right up. When you call to resolve something you are on hold forever, which gives me plenty of time to write this.

GBDealing with Dreamlines cruises has… Dealing with Dreamlines cruises has been a total nightmare.! From the beginning Tamara Saenz to Michelle Levy. I feel as though we are being punished. I've been on 5 cruises and have never ever been so dissatisfied with my reservations until now!
