Dealing with Dreamlines cruises has… Dealing with Dreamlines cruises has been a total nightmare.! From the beginning Tamara Saenz to Michelle Levy. I feel as though we are being punished. I've been on 5 cruises and have never ever been so dissatisfied with my reservations until now!

First time using Dreamliners First time using Dreamliners. I found them when looking for a sold out cruise, and they had access to cabins. Rep appeared to be new, and initially did not get down payment to cruise line on time. Nearly lost out on trip. Luckily I contacted the cruise line and found omission. Then he forgot I had called in complete payment to him in advance, yet he called my wife reminding that a payment was coming due. Hopefully just a newbie, but that was reason for just average review.

Airfare plus Cruise Pricing The only issue I was disappointed with was an online advertisement through Dreamlines that stated free airfare included with cruise price if booked before April 1st. When I asked for airfare to be included, I was told the price would increase by $1000+ if I added airfare. I believe that is false advertisement by Oceania Cruises. I was not happy with that result. Paul Stroncek, the rep I worked with, was very good and I believe that issue was beyond his ability to control or help with. I was happy with Paul Stroncek's assistance with the cruise.
