GBDidn’t get my call Back that was promised. She got us a good room and told me she would call me on the following Monday. It’s been a week from that and still nothing!!!!! My friend who cruises frequently told me she should have helped me get my luggage tags and all that. Now I’m in a panic. We leave out of town tomorrow. Now I’ll have to drive 30 miles in to town to get all this done unless the help line helps me. Funny how when you call to book they pick right up. When you call to resolve something you are on hold forever, which gives me plenty of time to write this.

GBI guess nobody is there to help get the… I guess nobody is there to help get the hotel for two days or the cheapest flight???they just want to sell a boat and begone dissappointing.

GBGreat service and help Great service and help. There was a slight issue with the price shown online and what was actually being charged but it was taken care of in timely manner and i was compensated for the inconvenience. Any and all questions i have given there was a knowledgeable answer for. Very happy thus far with my experience over the phone. Am awaiting the cruise now. Cant wait for that experience

GBFirst time using Dreamliners First time using Dreamliners. I found them when looking for a sold out cruise, and they had access to cabins. Rep appeared to be new, and initially did not get down payment to cruise line on time. Nearly lost out on trip. Luckily I contacted the cruise line and found omission. Then he forgot I had called in complete payment to him in advance, yet he called my wife reminding that a payment was coming due. Hopefully just a newbie, but that was reason for just average review.

GBA Bit Uncomfortable I was a bit uncomfortable with the pricing. The representative asked me to give her a price to match instead of quoting Dreamlines price.
