She was particularly helpful two years ago when I had a ladder accident just before a long cruise. She walked my wife through the cancellation process and how to file the cruise insurance claim. She was helpful again this year when our ocean and river cruises were cancelled by the cruise lines.

MXTechnical error resolved. While the error probably could have been avoided or resolved at the initial point of contact, mistakes happen and it is the resolution that matters. By the time the issue had made it to Toni Glerum in their customer commitment team it had become quite convoluted yet she showed integrity and interest, and remained factual and solution orientated. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and we are currently looking at booking another cruise and will use their services again. Even if in the unlikely event we encountered the same problem, I would rest assured knowing it would be managed appropriately. Toni, thank you again. You are a credit to your organization.
