Technical error resolved. While the error probably could have been avoided or resolved at the initial point of contact, mistakes happen and it is the resolution that matters. By the time the issue had made it to Toni Glerum in their customer commitment team it had become quite convoluted yet she showed integrity and interest, and remained factual and solution orientated. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and we are currently looking at booking another cruise and will use their services again. Even if in the unlikely event we encountered the same problem, I would rest assured knowing it would be managed appropriately. Toni, thank you again. You are a credit to your organization.

Excellent information and assistance We had a reasonable concept for our cruise. Our consultant, Ian Simmons, addressed all of our questions and provided insight that we had not considered. In a very short conversation, we were able to confirm our cruise.
