SCAM-BEWARE OF THEM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY Hi All, I would Like to share my worst experience I had in my life. Mr. Morris who pretend to be a very nice person gave me a ticket for $2000 during the December period which I think was Ok as it was peak season for India (They asked me to add a review so I added positive feedback). While going from Mel it was all good but while coming back from Delhi, I was told that your ticket was Invalid and has been used. I tried reaching Morris and all the numbers on their website but Nobody picked the call. All my friends and family members in Australia were calling Morris and other team members but no one picked the call. I send him the text on Whatsapp, he read my message but didn't reply. I think more than 100 calls were made but No luck. I was sitting at the airport waiting for Morris to reply but he didn't and I missed the Flight. I called Eithad Airways, they told your ticket had been used. I was sitting at the airport, not sure what to do with 35kgs of weight and my family sitting outside of the airport. I had no option other than buying ticket from the airport for AIRINDIA [DEL-MEL] with less luggage allowed. I have to take 5 kgs out of the bag. and had to give back to my family who was standing outside for more than 14 hours. Please please don't book your tickets through them. They will take your money and won't even pick your call. I have all the proof, I can share if someone needs it. Consider yourself in a situation you are at the airport and you are told that your ticket is not Valid. If someone needs further information, I can provide it. I really don't understand how can people do and sleep like this while putting someone in trouble and least bothered.

Good and fast service by the staff rather than website. I liked the way the staff communicate with me. For my benefits, I could now have extra kg of baggage. I liked the time taken by them to response me back. Only I had a problem at the beginning when I booked ticket for the first time. Before payment is being made, the time schedule showed different and after confirmation it showed different. After contacting to the staff member, I could manage my flight details. Now I am happy. 1 star I reduced for the website not to the staff. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Excellent service and reliable I have booked my tickets with these guys for few time now. The service is great, they are very approachable and always get you the best price for tickets. Good communication and reliable all the time. Looking forward to book my next trip with these guys.

Great job Mr Charles! I was a bit skeptical especially when the final price was higher than the booked price. However, I spoke with Mr Charles B. Who was able to get me the original quoted price for my flight. Mr Charles also called me back several times to go over the reservation and make sure I understood flight times and destination. Mr Charles was great!! He also told me to check the confirmation on the Spirit airline website. I did just as he said and I’m all confirmed. I’m going to see my beautiful daughter in LA!! I would definitely use them again.

AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS GROUP!!! NOTHING BUT A SCAM!! Much the same as the below review, I booked with this mob as they were offering Cathay Pacific Brisbane to London for 2 adults and a child and was quoted at $953PP. After putting in all my details, the same girl Sarah tried calling me and then sent me an e-mail saying that they were ready to book my flights at $1370PP. After I e-mailed back saying that this is not what I had booked, she VERY CONVENIENTLY said "yeah it's not available, but I'm very happy to book you in at the price I quoted. I can get the same flights for $250PP CHEAPER on more reputable comparison sites. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM - BOOK WITH THESE GUYS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!
