GBGreat job Mr Charles! I was a bit skeptical especially when the final price was higher than the booked price. However, I spoke with Mr Charles B. Who was able to get me the original quoted price for my flight. Mr Charles also called me back several times to go over the reservation and make sure I understood flight times and destination. Mr Charles was great!! He also told me to check the confirmation on the Spirit airline website. I did just as he said and I’m all confirmed. I’m going to see my beautiful daughter in LA!! I would definitely use them again.

AUDO NOT TRUST DO NOT TRUST. After things initially seemed ok I am unable to use the return ticket because the travel agent is under investigation by the airline. The travel agent also booked a flight under my name from and to unrelated countries at a later date. The travel agent staff refused to accept any responsibility and I had to pay over $1600 to get home. DO NOT TRUST

GBI'm on my way After traveling back from Africa, my next trip to Jamaica was less than two weeks away. Being jet lagged for a few days, making new reservations the first day did not go well on my end from my credit cards being blocked, to finding a reasonable fare . Charles, the representative was very polite,professional, and encouraged me that everything would work out. My stress level was on steroids. We decided to try again the next day and everything went through with flying colors. I want to that Charles and His Company for making it possible to get everything I wanted, at a great price.
