SCAM-BEWARE OF THEM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY Hi All, I would Like to share my worst experience I had in my life. Mr. Morris who pretend to be a very nice person gave me a ticket for $2000 during the December period which I think was Ok as it was peak season for India (They asked me to add a review so I added positive feedback). While going from Mel it was all good but while coming back from Delhi, I was told that your ticket was Invalid and has been used. I tried reaching Morris and all the numbers on their website but Nobody picked the call. All my friends and family members in Australia were calling Morris and other team members but no one picked the call. I send him the text on Whatsapp, he read my message but didn't reply. I think more than 100 calls were made but No luck. I was sitting at the airport waiting for Morris to reply but he didn't and I missed the Flight. I called Eithad Airways, they told your ticket had been used. I was sitting at the airport, not sure what to do with 35kgs of weight and my family sitting outside of the airport. I had no option other than buying ticket from the airport for AIRINDIA [DEL-MEL] with less luggage allowed. I have to take 5 kgs out of the bag. and had to give back to my family who was standing outside for more than 14 hours. Please please don't book your tickets through them. They will take your money and won't even pick your call. I have all the proof, I can share if someone needs it. Consider yourself in a situation you are at the airport and you are told that your ticket is not Valid. If someone needs further information, I can provide it. I really don't understand how can people do and sleep like this while putting someone in trouble and least bothered.

Good Price and reliable I have booked the ticket for December and the prices were really competitive from the market. I saved almost $1000.00 when I compared the prices with other websites. I'll be referring to my friends and family too.

I became interested in the company when… I became interested in the company when I saw cheap rates during December and called them to discuss. I had a chat with Sarah who advised me that those rates are not valid, but I could still see it on their website. I asked Sarah why they were advertising those rates if they couldn't provide them. She promised me that she would check with someone and call me back in 10 minutes, but never called me back. I called them and got Morris who offered me less than $2000/person. I had better service until I paid the money, but I didn't receive a booking reference until 4 days later. I was stressed after reading many bad reviews, as well as not getting a response from Morris, and I thought I had lost the money which I had paid for my tickets. I sent my colleague to their office, and after my colleague argued with Sarah and Karan as Morris wasn't available, they told him that I hadn't paid the full amount!! Luckily I sent the bank receipt to my colleague and he show them the receipt, paid 3 days before. Again, Sarah & Karan promised they would call me but never did!! I called back them back and was lucky to finally get a reservation reference. If you have set up a business in Australia, please try to maintain Australian standards and give reference so that we can trust you and are stress free until we get the E-Ticket! Also, please try to respond to your customers, as without customers no body can succeed in their business. Thankfully, I got a response from Morris with my ticket on Saturday night.
