AUA Rogue Organisation To be Avoided We booked and paid 10k for flights to the UK before Covid lockdowns. We had to cancel due to lockdown. After lockdown we contacted Fly With Class to reschedule and it appears our money has been snaffled. Numerous phone calls and messages left and not even the courtesy of a call back. I would advise extreme caution with this rogue organisation. This company is a very dishonest organisation and you should not risk your hard earned money with them.

AUExtremely Poor Customer Service Extremely Poor Customer Service and Ridiculous Prices. I submitted an online query and received an email next day with just 1 flight option which was not even on the days I wanted to fly. Then instead of calling me I had to get into back and forth email saga with Alexandra (sales rep) eventually realising that the prices quotes are almost the same that I would get if I booked with the airline directly. Then why would I bother contacting this company ?? When I questioned this Alexandra just stopped responding to emails. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

AUNo class at all No class at all. I booked in 2019 return business class flights Brisbane to Paris. My agent was Kelly, very nice to deal with. When covid hit she said over 2 years in writing that they would honour the booking and rebook us on the same route and airline as soon as it was back up running. Kelly leaves I’m told to contact Sol no response to 7 phone calls and numerous emails. Don’t trust them.

AUI am very impressed with the service… I am very impressed with the service provided by Kelly. From the moment I contacted Fly With Class to organise an urgent last minute flight to Europe, Kelly has bent over backwards to assist me in obtaining a positive result. I will never forget her compassionate support and assistance. I have many friends who fly regularly, none were aware of your website - they are now! Thank you again With kindest regards Marianne Knox

GBUnexpected outcome On accepting a booking from Perth to London, and whilst instantly filling out the booking form, the flight was "lost", presumably to another buyer. We then had to fly instead to Paris, and then make our own way to London. The flight was with Emirates, but obn attempting to claim FF points, were advised that we had bought a Qantas "redemption" ticket, for which there were no points available.
