AUExtremely Poor Customer Service Extremely Poor Customer Service and Ridiculous Prices. I submitted an online query and received an email next day with just 1 flight option which was not even on the days I wanted to fly. Then instead of calling me I had to get into back and forth email saga with Alexandra (sales rep) eventually realising that the prices quotes are almost the same that I would get if I booked with the airline directly. Then why would I bother contacting this company ?? When I questioned this Alexandra just stopped responding to emails. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

AUCLASS ACTION against I FLY WITH CLASS? I have once again been trying to follow up on not getting a refund from this atrocious company. I have been dealing with the DCWP in New York and they have a plan that they have sent to me, as Sol Perlstein or anyone in I FLY WITH CLASS is now refusing to reply to any of their questions. How can it come to this? DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A CLASS ACTION GOING ON WITH THESE PEOPLE? Surely something can be done. They owe us over AUS$12,000.

AUHave dealt with Richard a few times now… Have dealt with Richard a few times now and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wonderful travel experience!! He attends to every detail , nothing is too hard for him and most importantly he does it with a smile … and I must add very competitive with his prices … Can’t wait for my next trip !

GBUNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Had a flight 2 tkts from Denver to Frankfurt issued Dec/2019 for $6,379 and due to covid trip canceled. Try to use the credit and were informed that they would not give me any credit since two years from issuance of the tkt had elapsed. It is not acceptable that no credit can be used when everyone knows that from 2019 until now most countries were limited to visit.

GBAlexandra has been an absolute legend Alexandra has been an absolute legend! I put in an online enquiry late one night and then woke up in the morning to a great option at very reasonable price. I was hesitant at first so did more homework and saw some bad reviews for "I only fly first class". Quickly realised that they are a totally different business so proceeded with Alexandra and made the transfer. E-Tickets and access to the airline's website to manage our booking all now received and looking forward to our flight. Thanks Alexandra. Will certainly be using you again.
