Over the past 12 months I have been discussing possible travel options with her and at no stage did she ever stop providing advice on possible flight options , departure and destination locations. No class at all No class at all. I booked in 2019 return business class flights Brisbane to Paris. My agent was Kelly, very nice to deal with. When covid hit she said over 2 years in writing that they would honour the booking and rebook us on the same route and airline as soon as it was back up running. Kelly leaves I’m told to contact Sol no response to 7 phone calls and numerous emails. Don’t trust them.

Misrepresentation and terrible service. Misrepresentation and terrible service. The company misrepresented itself as a true travel company (and continues to do so) - offering discounted business class flights. These are actually purchased from other frequent flyers. We booked a holiday for 4 to Europe Business Class from Australia and had flights delayed due to our Government making exit unlawful. Not only were we assured many times that this would not be a problem and we could simply re-use them post covid, when we were able to travel again they wanted to charge us thousands extra. To say that we will never use them again is an understatement. I will be warning all of my friends and family of just how horrendously we were treated.

Alexandra has been an absolute legend Alexandra has been an absolute legend! I put in an online enquiry late one night and then woke up in the morning to a great option at very reasonable price. I was hesitant at first so did more homework and saw some bad reviews for "I only fly first class". Quickly realised that they are a totally different business so proceeded with Alexandra and made the transfer. E-Tickets and access to the airline's website to manage our booking all now received and looking forward to our flight. Thanks Alexandra. Will certainly be using you again.
