BAD!! BAD!!! Scammers. Booked a 6 person van for 5 people plus luggage. They told me the night before I need to upgrade to an 8 person van to accommodate the luggage. Rate went from 60 to 169. Refused to refund the original 60 when I canceled. AVOID.

Outstanding service at a difficult time Outstanding service. Our flights were cancelled because of the health emergency and we got flights two days later. We emailed the taxi company from New Zealand and they immediately agreed to collect us at the new time. They came as promised, on time, and got us back home at a time when some operators had decided to stop providing any service. I would certainly use them again.

Service was great driver was waiting but no car seat Service was great driver was waiting for me in the terminal and everything was fine only he didn’t have a car seat which was problematic with my child but apparently it is not a requirement on taxis... We made it in one piece and all is good.

Did not honour the booking Made a booking through Taxi Price Compare and chose Prima Drive. Paid for the booking and had confirmation by email. Then the day before I am due to travel to Heathrow, they contact me informing that I have the pay the driver an extra 10 pounds since they have calculated the route to be longer than expected! I cancelled the booking via Taxi Price Compare and I am waiting on the refund. Be very wary of this firm

Terrible service Terrible service. Booked from LA 4 days prior to flying, had to make my journey slightly shorter in the same direction, sent multiple emails to Prima and Taxicode to inform only minutes after booking, received no response from Taxicode and a short and sharp email from Prima 2 hrs before flying. I had no idea if they would be at Heathrow upon arrival. At Heathrow I waited for approx 30 mins and then went outside. Saw a message on my phone to make my way to the carpark...he was driving around, didn't want to park. Car was not in good shape. Shocking service, I had multiple rude one liner emails from Prima, terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
