A great way to keep the parents (or in-laws) busy! When the folks came to town, I wanted to keep them busy and organize a stress-free vacay for them. They did no planning whatsoever - NewOrleans.com's one-stop shop made it SUPER easy and quick for me to book their entire trip - a hotel room nearby my place (but not TOO near), transportation, a riverboat tour, etc... They had a blast touring the town, and I got some down time. :)

THEY SUCK We reserved and paid over $1000 to be at the Prince Conti Hotel April 11,12,13th. My son was involved in a near fatal accident March 29, involving 2 weeks in intensive care/Trauma . We notified New Orleans.com April 3rd, when it was apparent he would need home care after 5 different intense surgeries. We believe 8-10 days notice of cancellation as a result of a family emergency is adequate notice in a business that normally accepts cancellations up to 24 hrs before the occupancy date. Not New Orleans.com........They had a "NO Cancellation policy during one of the busiest times of the year...go figure. Keep the money while the medical bills go north of $250,000.....

I work for the world's 3rd largest airline and I'm always looking for great tips for passengers (as well as myself). I'm based in Seattle so its nice to see a bit of ol' New Orleans everyday on facebook!

I found the website to be very informative about the different neighborhoods like midcity. There is alot of information packed into one website. I was born in New Orleans, and live on the MS Gulf Coast, so I am familiar with the attractions. The information is well organized.
