Worst Customer Service Their number rings once and goes busy. There is no other number or email to contact. My tour was canceled and I can't even get through to anyone to get a refund!!!!!!!! Worst business ever.

NewOrleans.com Colleen Rush, NewOrleans.com, made a real effort to answer all of my questions BEFORE our little trip to New Orleans; she gave me ideas of what to do that were out of the ordinary rather than the usual tourist spots. A great way to keep the parents (or in-laws) busy! When the folks came to town, I wanted to keep them busy and organize a stress-free vacay for them. They did no planning whatsoever - NewOrleans.com's one-stop shop made it SUPER easy and quick for me to book their entire trip - a hotel room nearby my place (but not TOO near), transportation, a riverboat tour, etc... They had a blast touring the town, and I got some down time. :)

Everything I need to know in one place!!!!!! This site is truely awesome! Just used it to find a hotel for next weekend, and was able to put together an agenda for the entire weekend! Many of my friends and family are planning to visit durring Mardi Gras/Superbowl, so I just sent the link to all of my FB friends.
